Payments in this Etsy shop are processed through PayPal. PayPal users may use their PayPal accounts, and/or a credit cards to make a payment.

Buyers are responsible for payment of all taxes, customs fees, and duties that may be incurred when your parcel reaches you.
Items are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS), for both domestic and international orders. Packages are sent as either USPS First Class Mail or International First Class Mail. I am currently offering Free shipping for domestic orders (those shipped/received within the US) as USPS First Class Mail. Orders shipped as USPS First Class Mail, which can take 6-10 business days to reach their destination. For faster shipping options, please convo me. I am not able to offer free shipping on International (shipped outstide the US) orders. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days of full payment. Please be aware that the USPS is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so orders made late on Friday through Sunday will not be shipped until the following Monday. The USPS is also closed on specific holidays around the year. You will be notified via email if there is any delay in shipping due to the opening and closing times of the USPS.

Please note that buyers are responsible to pay any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred on receipt of your package.

Please be aware when ordering around holidays where there is a heavy mail volume. Packages may take a little longer to arrive during such times. Ordering as early as possible is encouraged for those who intend to give the items as gifts around the holidays.

As a seller I want to be sure that customers are happy with the products I send them. Should there be a problem with your order, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you decide you would like to return the product you ordered within 14 days from the date your package was received, I will be happy to accept the item(s) back for a refund of the amount payed for the item minus the shipping costs to and from the seller. The item must be returned in its original condition, free from wear and damage. I am also happy to accommodate exchanges for items of the same price. Customers are responsible for the payment of their return shipping, and no refund will be made for the cost of a customer’s shipping costs.
If the item you receive is damaged or not up to the standards displayed on the listing, then I, the seller, will replace, refund, or exchange the item free of charge to the buyer.
If it has been proven that an item was lost in the mail, a refund will be issued to the customer for the cost of the item and shipping.
