I received my scarf June 23rd and love it, When I opened the package it matched my outfit I was wearing and wore it that evening and got some compliments. I love the colors and the bead work. shipping from overseas takes a long time, it was four weeks, the shipping time is the only down side.......it was worth the wait.....Lynda

Accepted payment methods

I accept payment through Paypal. You can pay without a Paypal account with your credit card. Just choose the option 'Paypal' and then find the option 'pay by credit card'.
I will ship your item usually within 1 or 3 business days (except weekend) of payment.

I ship by registered airmail. Delivery generaly takes 7-29 business days to US. 7-21 business days to European Countries. Excluding weekends and public holidays. (Sometimes it can be a few days longer due to the postal service) Excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delays can occure due to customs or other unkown mysteries, if you have any concerns about your package please contact me, I always solve problems!

Please check your address before completing your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
I accept refunds if there is a problem with the item or the item is not the one you purchased. We can discuss any other refund issues, just contact me.

Refunds are acceptable if it has not been worn or damaged and is returned in the original packaging. If you want a refund you first have to contact us within 3 days after arrival.

Before leaving a negative or neutral feedback, If somehow you get unsatisfied by my product or shipping, please contact me. I will certainly solve the problem and make you happy.

Returning shipping costs are paid by the buyer. I do not take responcebility for lost/damaged packages that are shipped back to us.

After receiving the package/envelope item price will be refunded via PayPal...

Custom orders can NOT be refunded, as they are specially made.

Earrings can NOT be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
