SHIPPING
Flat Rate $30 (for candelabras) to anywhere in the U.S.
Shipping includes insurance, tracking, and packaging.
You must select shipping during checkout. We are located in Corona Queens, New York 11368

Other items: During checkout your shipping will automatically be calculated by the system based on weight, number of items in your cart, and distance.

Pickups: must be requested and shipping will then be refunded. We are located in Corona (Queens), New York 11368

Insurance: Packages shipped via Priority Mail or Express Mail are automatically insured for the purchase value. First Class Mail packages are not insured unless requested. A extra fee applies to insure a First Class Mail package.
Refunds and Exchanges
REFUND POLICY:
All used Party Supplies and Custom Designed Orders are NON REFUNDABLE.

The only instance we will issue a refund is:
1. We did not create your order according to the image that was approved and specifications given. All orders are done according to the information provided before the order is processed. Any request for changes must first be approved by us and may require a additional cost if the work has already started.
2. We do not ship your order on time as Agreed on which causes the order to be late and not received in time for your event. Rush Orders are always shipped close within a party date range and can arrive as late as a day before or on the date of your party if it is a Super Rush. Normal process time for Custom Orders are 4 business weeks minimum and can be as much as 9 business weeks. Please ask where your order falls.

We Do Not refund for
1. Delays and lost packages caused by the carriers. Once the item is out of our hands on time as agreed we are no longer responsible.
2. Damages caused by the carrier. We will file a claim to get back as much money as possible for your loss. You must keep the Box/packaging and stuffing for us to file a claim. You will have to repurchase the item if it is still needed. We do not discount damaged or stolen items that are repurchased.
3. Changes and request either not relayed to us appropriately or that were not approved.
4. Contents stolen from packages by the carrier during transit.
5. Factors that may make items unnecessary. Ex. Illnesses, Injuries, Changing direction of party theme, or acts of mother nature.

Returns are Only accepted for select Non Custom Party items. The below Rules apply.
1. We will refund the cost of the merchandise only. Shipping, Handling charges, and taxes for the original purchase are Non-Refundable. A 15% restock fee will apply for all accepted return items.
2. Products must be unopened and in new Unused condition. Items returned that have been used, worn, altered, have missing items, or are without or with damaged original packaging or garment tag will not be credited back to your account. Please double-check your items to make sure they fall within our guidelines before returning it. If you wish for us to send it back because it did not fall within our policies you will have to pay for the shipping again.
3. Items that come as a package/Bundle must All be returned together. Partial returns are Not accepted.
4. We Do Not accept returned balloons for any reason. Once they are in the buyers possession we CAN NOT determine if a balloon was used or popped with intention to return. Please make sure they are filled by a professional who understands not to over fill or puncture them. Balloons will tear/pop if overfilled and or go from a a cold to overly hot room. If your balloon is leaking take a piece of clear tape and place it over the hole. It will stop the leak. Do not place foil balloons in direct sunlight as they can burst when the helium expands. Latex balloons tend not to pop since they are more flexible.
5. All returns must be sent via a traceable method so that your package may be tracked and receipt confirmed by your shipper of choice. Before departing any carrier facility make sure your item is scanned as accepted. If you return a item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we will not be responsible for refunding the order.
6. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
7. A return must be received within 14 days of initiating Request for Return.
8. Please be sure to include your Order # in the returned package.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your return has been received, allow 1-3 weeks for your refund to be processed if you paid with a credit or debit card. If you paid by check or money order, allow 3-4 weeks for your refund check to arrive. Please Note: this timing can vary based on the season.

Refused Packages:
Packages that are refused will be subject to a 15%-20% restock fee. Return shipping charges will be the customers responsibility and will be charged to the credit card used to place the order.

REPORTING DAMAGES/MISSING ITEMS:
Items must be inspected within 24 hours of receipt to report any damages or missing items. All items have been inspected prior to packaging. If an item is damaged please keep the box and original packaging. Take pictures of the damaged areas from far and up close. Take pictures of the box label and areas of the box that are damaged. Upload and email the photos along with your order #.

Your items wil be picked up by the carrier for inspection of the damages. We will file the damages and assist in getting money back for you from the carrier for the damages. We Do Not replace damaged or missing items for Free. They will have to be repurchased. If your order is determined to have been tampered with by the carrier you will receive a reimbursement check.

Please use all caution during your candle lighting ceremony. We DO NOT recommend leaving lit candles on the candelabra. In the event that your candelabra catches fire or items on the candelabra are damaged because of dripping wax or from a fire we DO NOT give Refunds or free replacements. We can give replacements at an additional cost.
