Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
If you have any questions or concerns about an item, please convo or email me before purchasing. Detailed descriptions and informative photographs have been provided so you will be able to make an informed purchase, resulting in only delight and no need for refunds or exchanges.
Refunds/exchanges, if necessary, must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your item.
Sweet-Annabelle will not be responsible for postage on an item return/refund arrangement.
Please remember that I can't be responsible for packages that get lost or damaged in the postal service.
Payment
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Please pay within two days of ordering – the sooner to get your item in the mail and on its way to you! Transactions not finalized through PayPal purchase will be canceled after two days.
Shipping
Items will ship within five days of receiving your payment. I will contact you the same day your item goes out.
International Buyers - welcome! If you're interested in an item, just convo your postal information and I'll send you a specific shipping quote.
All will be sent via USPS and whenever possible, I'll be re-using shipping materials or re-using packaging in an effort to keep costs down and better steward our environment.
Many items are packaged suitably for gifting. Let me know if you'd like me to 'dress it up' a little bit!
