SHIPPING UPGRADE INFORMATION:
When selecting shipping upon checkout you have the following options:
1. First Class Mail: Processing time is 4-6 business days. Shipping time is 2-8 business days for delivery. Cost is $2.99 plus $0.35 each additional item.

2. Priority Mail: Processing time is 4-6 business days. Shipping time is 1-3 business days (not guaranteed) for delivery. Cost is $6.99 plus $0.05 each additional item.

3. Rush Order + Priority Mail: Processing time is 1-2 business days. Shipping time is 1-3 business days (not guaranteed) for delivery. Cost is $16.99 plus $0.05 each additional item. Please see **RUSH FEES ** for more information.

**SHIPPING** Sometimes the USPS experiences delays that are out of my control. Packages can sometimes take 1-3 days longer than expected. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to this. I will be unable to make any refunds for shipping for any reason.

All orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis, unless a Rush Order has been placed.

Once payment has been completed, orders generally take 3-6 business days to be completed then 2-6 days transit time. (Check out my shop's "Shop Announcement" on the store front for the most up-to-date processing time).
I strive to get your order out within the 3 to 4 day range, but sometimes it takes longer. Sometimes it could take 12 business days for you to receive your item. Sometimes longer for larger or custom orders. If you have a question about delivery time, please contact me first. I will be able to give you a better idea based on my current orders.

I ship First Class via the USPS. We will only ship to the address shown in the "Ship To" area of the order. If you need the item shipped to a different address, please change your shipping address prior to your purchase to avoid any delays.

RETURN TO SENDER ITEMS: If your order is shipped, but for any reason comes back to me marked "RETURN TO SENDER", I will contact you first. If you would like the item resent, you are required to pay for shipping to the correct address. If I do not hear back from you or you would like a refund, you will be refunded for the purchase price of the item minus the shipping fees. The shipping has already been paid to USPS and can no longer be refunded at this point. No exceptions.

** RUSH FEES ** Rush orders will bump your order to #1 in my order queue. This will ship your order priority mail within 1 TO 2 business days instead of the standard 4 to 6. Shipping time is 2-3 days as long as the USPS does not experience any delays. Shipping is NOT guaranteed. The USPS will not issue any refunds if their service takes longer than the 3 days. Unfortunately, I will be unable to make any refunds either.
*THE RUSH FEE AND SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
*To purchase rush orders, you have the option during checkout to upgrade shipping.
*If there is any overage in shipping, your order will be refunded for that amount.
*If you order and make a note in the notes to seller box that you need it rushed but do not purchase the rush fee, I will contact you right away. You can still purchase the rush order (using the above link) after your regular order has been placed. I will have to refund any overage in shipping after your rush order is placed.
*I have the right to refuse any rush order and if I cannot accommodate your request, I will cancel the order & send you a refund.

* PRIORITY MAIL: I have a listing for priority mail. If you choose to add priority mail, the processing time of the order will still be 3-6 business days, however, your shipping will be upgraded and will take 1-3 days to arrive to you. Again, the USPS does not guarantee their service and it could take more than 3 days. There are no refunds for the USPS service if it does take longer.

** INSURANCE ** All of the orders that leave my hands will have a delivery confirmation number provided by USPS. Unless insurance has been purchased, I will not be held responsible for lost or missing packages. Please send me a convo before ordering if you would like insurance added to your package. If your package shows delivered and you do not have your package, I suggest contacting your local post master. They may be able to track down the package for you. Any concerns or questions, please convo or email me:) Thank you!!!
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to me! If there are any problems or concerns with your order, please contact me within 2 days of receiving the item and I'll do everything I can to make it right.
* Please be aware that I will NOT accept any returns at all for ANY reason past these TWO days! It is important that you inspect your order to make sure it is correct. You must mail the order back to me within 3 days of contacting me.
* Also be aware, I do not refund shipping charges from me to you or you back to me. No exceptions. Shipping cost are money paid to the post office and this money cannot be returned.

**** I cannot return or exchange for incorrect sizing ***** Our sizes are a guideline. If you have any doubts about size, send me your child's age or head measurements with the order. ****

* Please read the item description for sizes on all my items. I sell several different sizes of a style of bow and flowers. Sometimes the pictures can look bigger than the piece actually is.
I do NOT accept returns for items that you think should be bigger or smaller based on the pictures.
Also, I make all my bow myself and they are made to order, so the sizes can vary slightly from bow to bow. I try very hard to make them exactly the same when you order more than one of the same style.

EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS: Exchanges or refunds (LESS SHIPPING) will be made once the item has been shipped back to me in UNUSED condition in its original packaging. Contact me within 2 days of receiving your item. We will NOT accept returns after these 2 days.

** There are NO refunds for any reason on all custom orders. Generally, if you purchase a custom order, we have talked and you have agreed to what I have made you. I try to send pictures before I mail the item to make sure you like it. When you receive the item, it will be the exact same as the pictures I send you.

RUSH ORDERS: If you order a rush order, I guarantee that I will get the order out within the 1-2 business days. Once the package goes to the USPS, I am no longer in control of your package. If the order takes longer to receive, I will be unable to issue any refunds for the rush or shipping. The rush fee is for my time to create your order outside my normal work times and to put your order above other orders to be shipped first. This is NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions. I always get your order out when I say I will. Shipping is paid to the USPS for their service. They do not guarantee it or issue refunds for any delay in their service, so I am unable to do so as well. If you have any issues with this, please do not order a rush order
