Payment
At this time, I accept PayPal only. PayPal accepts all major credit cards, so you do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase from Sweet Begonia. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

The order will be processed and shipped once payment is confirmed with PayPal. After 3 days, if payment is not received, the order will be canceled.
Shipping
I ship USPS. If you'd like to request expedited shipping, please message me before placing an order. I'm happy to arrange that.

Please make sure your address on Etsy matches the address you provide PayPal. This will ensure a faster, smoother shipping process.

Once payment is confirmed, I ship canvases within 3 days. I will provide you with email confirmation that your shipment has been mailed.
Refunds and Exchanges
I'm quite sure you'll love your art. But in the event there is something you don't quite find to your liking, I offer a money-back guarantee (less the price of shipping) on undamaged items.

Custom orders are nonrefundable.

I've taken great care to make sure all items are protected and packaged carefully for shipping, However, if damage does occur during shipping, please send me a message immediately. I will work out an exchange for you.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by the buyer.
