I can not control the weather. Chocolate items can melt if left in a hot place. US Shipping prices include ice packs during some months to help avoid this in summer months.- PLEASE READ SUMMER SHIPPING UNDER SHIPPING POLICIES-

I can not be held responsible for chocolates that have melted as a result of weather or package negligence. While I do my best to package items safety and have them arrive quickly buying chocolates is at your own risk. Melted chocolates are still completely safe to eat and can still be enjoyed (just like a chocolate bar from a grocery store). If your chocolates have melted as a result of weather or package negligence you are not entitled to a refund.

I am not responsible for packages returned to me by the USPS due to wrong address, etc. If this happens and the contents of the package are still good you can re-pay for shipping. If the package contents are no longer good there is nothing I can do for you unless you decide to re-order.

Full refunds will be issued to cancelled orders that have not yet been made. If an order was already made you might only be entitled to a partial refund.

Shipping within the US: All items are shipped priority mail and should arrive 2-3 days after being shipped. All orders shipped within the US include tracking numbers.

Shipping outside the US: All items are shipped priority mail international and should arrive 6-10 days after being shipped. Not all items in my shop are available for international shipping. If buying more then one item or quantity feel free to message me so we can discuss the cheapest size option for you.

Shipping that takes longer then the amount of time specified by USPS is at the fault of the post office and not me.

SUMMER SHIPPING: summer shipping is not in effect year round. Please check shop announcements and/or listings to confirm if summer shipping is in effect when you purchase your items. Summer shipping includes ice packs and insulated bubble mailers for most items and as a result it is a different cost then the normal shipping that is in effect most of the year. If summer shipping is not in effect when you place your order but you would like ice packs and/or insulated bubble mailers you may request them for an extra fee.

Etsy automatically increases prices for orders with multiple items. If you have any questions about the cost of your shipping please feel free to message me after placing your order to see if you are eligible for a refund for shipping overages.
