I make all my own product from scratch and by hand. My soaps and shampoo bars are made using sodium hydroxide and they are cold processed. This (as opposed to hot process) means they require 4-6 weeks to cure before selling/using. My herbs are grown here at home, harvested in the wild with a conscience, or bought from certified organic sources. My ingredients are of fine quality and my products are made to be of the highest quality, affordable, effective, and with value. My olive oil is organic and extra virgin. I make products I use myself, exclusively. Even my poor selling bars become laundry and dish soap.
I'm convo friendly. Please convo me your questions, comments, and/or concerns. I try to answer within 24 hours or less. Together, we can find that for which you are looking.
In most cases, my orders are shipped Tuesdays and Fridays. If there are delays, I will contact the customer to let them know why. All orders ship out USPS First Class or Priority Mail. I can expedite shipping, please convo me if you need that service. I ship worldwide.
I try to be flexible, so I take

6. credit card (now available through Etsy)
Once payment clears, your order will ship within 48-72 hours.
If you are having trouble checking out with your preferred payment, please let me know. I will help you through it. Sometimes, the payment process can be confusing to new Etsy shoppers.
First Class on most items in an envelope with a delivery confirmation if domestic. I can ship up to 13 ounces First Class for all domestic shipments and up to 32 oz. for International First Class.
Most package deals and multiple items will ship priority mail flat rate. $5.60 domestic with delivery confirmation and $23.95 International. I do free shipping sales throughout the year.
There is a 4 lb. limit on International shipments - so I cannot sell over the lb. limit on one shipment. There is also a 5 item limit. Thus, 10 soaps count as 1 item; but lip balm, lip tint, soap, spray, and salve would count as 5 items.
If your item is a gift, please let me know. I do gift wrapping no extra charge.
If you want insurance, please let me know.
For International orders, the buyer is responsible for any duties, customs and taxes levied by their individual countries. By law, I mark the customs form with "merchandise" and handmade soap or handmade skin care and with the proper weight and value/cost of your order.
I send shipping notifications with confirmation numbers or custom form numbers for every order.
Refunds and Exchanges
I strive to make a product to knock your socks off! so that you will come back and purchase again. I’m looking to make happy repeat customers of everyone!!
That being said, if you are not happy - I will work with you until you are, even if that means a refund for your purchase. Thank you.
Additional Policies and FAQs
*For all my products containing essential oils (and there are many), please check out compatibility with any meds being taken or allergies to be considered or if you are pregnant.
***Also, if you are pregnant, please note the list of essential oils okay to use. All fragrance oils are considered safe.
Some of my products have a historical or traditional role in healing or treating. Therefore, I am required by law to disclaim any role in treating, diagnosing, and suggesting that any of my products here can take the place of other medical care. This is where I am compelled to say we are all responsible for our own health and therefore should do the research for our own peace of mind. Thanks for your understanding.
The above being said, as of August, 2012, new Etsy requirements demand that I NOT include any mention of specific treatment, cure, or illness/condition when I write up my descriptions. My best recommendation in this case would be to do your own research to understand why I offer the product I do.
Feedback is a funny thing. In my book, you are an A-1 customer when you pay for your order. After that, it's on me. So, all the feedback I do is positive for my customer but without words. My words are personally for the customer only - and sent upon shipping notification or if any other situation arises the customer should know about.
