Hi, and welcome to my shop!
My aim is to make high quality and adorable jewellery. I check all products I make myself before they are shipped, and thus far I have never had a complaint, only compliments!

Accepted payment methods

Payment
I accept payment by paypal only, payment is due no later than 2 days after purchase, and I will not hesitate to take action over late payment. If there are any reasons that you will not be able to pay within this deadline, please email me (sweetdecodreams@live.co.uk) to let me know.
Shipping
I send my items by 2nd class within the UK, as it is cheaper for customers and for myself and the delivery time is still quick. International orders go by air mail, which is also a cost effective but reasonably fast service. I will dispatch an item with cleared payment within 1-2 working days. I package items carefully, and with items I feel are especially delicate I will also put a warning on the envelope.
Refunds and Exchanges
I DO NOT accept responsibility for items that are lost in the post, as I will aquire proof of postage to confirm I sent the product. If i have the proof of postage receipt, the blame does not lie with me but with the postal service. I will provide you with a copy of the proof of postage so that you can make a claim with your post office/postal service. I also offer the option to purchase tracking (more needed for international orders) to prevent the loss of parcels. If you do not accept this, please DO NOT BUY.

I also carefully check my items, and pack them in bubble wrap, as well as in padded envelopes, and take pride in never sending out an item that I feel isn't of a high standard. With more delicate items, such as fimo jewellery, I will attach a 'handle with care' label to the envelope to try to avoid any heavy handling. However, if an item arrives to you damages, please take a few photos detailing the damage and send them to me, so we can work something out.

Please take time to look carefully at the listing photos of the item you are buying. I provide good quality photos that are of the exact piece you will recieve, and if you want any additional photos just email me to let me know. Because of this I will not accept a return if you do not like the item. In some cases I may accept an exchange (though I will not cover any shipping costs), please email me to discuss this.
Additional policies and FAQs
FOR CUSTOM ORDERS:

If you would like to place a custom order, for example for a cupcake necklace, ring, earrings etc. please feel free to message me, I will try my very best to make it happen!
My policy for payment on custom orders is that you pay before I make the item. I have had problems with several people now who have asked for a custom item and then not bought it, hence the change in my policy. Your item will be listed as a reserved item, and I will only accept purchase of it by the person who ordered it.
