PLEASE NOTE:
Many of the items that we sell are vintage/antique pieces or vintage-inspired and are sold in "AS IS" condition, meaning that they may have wear or defects. We feel that this gives them charm and character and only adds to their appeal. We will include this information, as best we can, in the description of the item. Please be aware of this prior to purchasing.

Payment
Payment is expected by Paypal at the time the order is placed.

WHEN YOU CLICK 'COMMIT TO BUY' YOU ARE COMMITTING TO PAY FOR THE ORDER and are responsible for making your way to Paypal to remit payment.

If you do not pay within 24 hours of that time or do not make any attempts to communicate with us, we will assume that you do not intend to pay for the order. This will result in the transaction being canceled, and reported to Etsy as well as the appropriate feedback left. We will not hesitate to do this if we do not hear back from you within 24 hours of the time the order was placed. To avoid this, simply do not place an order that you do not intend to pay for, or contact us immediately if you run into an issue preventing you from paying at that time.

We ONLY accept Paypal payments.
Shipping
If shipping charges are more than $3 over actual shipping cost, we will credit the difference back to you.

SHIPPING METHODS:
WE SHIP TO THE ADDRESS INCLUDED IN THE ETSY INVOICE SO DO MAKE SURE IT IS THE CORRECT ONE. Many items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail {typically 2-3 days*}, and on occasion, Parcel Post {typically 5-7 days*}depending on the shipping charges to your location.

US CUSTOMERS: Due to increase in rates for USPS in 2010 some items may be undercharged for shipping. We will contact you if there will be an additional fee once we know the actual cost and give you the option to pay the extra or cancel the sale. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please contact us.

Some items under 1 lb. are shipped via First Class Mail {typically 5-10 days*}. We strive to mail all orders within 1-7 business days after payment is received. Please allow additional time for orders with multiple items, or those with fragile or large items. We may need to acquire additional shipping materials or services and want to ensure that they are securely packaged.

Shipping insurance against loss or damage in transit, is recommended for all US orders, especially those of $50 or more. You will need to contact us to be invoiced for the additional fee. If you choose not to get your order insured, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds for lost or damaged orders.

*Refers to Business Days - excludes Saturdays, Sundays and all major holidays.

HANDLING FEES:
A small handling fee, to cover the cost of bubble wrap, mailers and supplies, is applied to some items and is typically around $1 - $5 per order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: (includes Canada and all countries outside of the Domestic US) will be shipped via First Class or Airmail, and can take several weeks if not months to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES: Because prices vary from country to country, the prices stated are estimates only. Once we know the actual shipping charge we will invoice for the remaining or refund if overcharged. If the shipping ends up being more than you would like to pay, you are free to cancel the order. Please contact us if you would like a quote prior to check out.

Unfortunately, we cannot track or insure any international orders, so we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items sent out of the country. We will not be held responsible for any customs fees, so please be aware of the customs policies for your area prior to placing an order. We will never, under any circumstances, mark an item(s) as a "gift" that has been purchased.

In an effort to go a little greener and conserve paper, we now only include order receipts upon request.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final, but we will handle each transaction on a case by case basis. If we made a mistake with your order, we will fix it as quickly as possible. Please contact us if you have questions about your order before resorting to leaving negative or neutral feedback or contacting Etsy.

If a request for a return is approved, buyer is responsible for return shipping fees with delivery confirmation. Insurance is highly recommended. Once the items is safely returned to us, we will refund the purchase price {minus original s/h fees}.
