BUYER BEWARE - Received the following email,I am happy to provide entire communication & pic if contacted. Lori, I had to ship your 6 pieces today(Tuesday, 5/31) - they will still get there by Friday. We have central air in our home and it decided to kaput Thursday evening when of course we had record heat and humidity which is VERY unusual for the Northeast this time of year. Anyhow, fondant gets very soft in humid and hot temperatures. Instead of storing them in my office which is upstairs, I placed your toppers in my finished basement, which I have done numerous times before over the warmer spring and summer months. I went downstairs Saturday morning to take them to the post office to ship and there seemed to have been a visitor or two or more (MICE!!) overnight that decided to eat partial pieces.
All of my creations are made from the best quality products. I am very detailed oriented and take extra time on my designs to make them as perfect as possible.

If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still checkout via the Paypal website without creating an account.
Payment is expected within 48 hours of purchase, should you require additional time please contact me to discuss.

Made to Order products:
Products will start being made when full payment is received. Once payment is received, fondant orders will be mailed approximately 2 weeks via USPS Priority Mail unless an event date is specified.
At this time, I do not ship internationally. US only.
Refunds and Exchanges
My edible products are made-to-order and as such cannot be returned.
After items have been shipped, I cannot guarantee there won't be any breakage. However, I package my items very carefully. Please contact me and I will advise you on how to fix your pieces if need be.
You can always purchase extra insurance on your package. Please message me before purchasing so that I can make the shipping charge adjustment.
In the event you are unhappy or concerned about your order please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue at hand. This does not mean a full refund will be issued, but I consider myself a fair person and customer service is a priority of mine.
For Reserved Listings and/or Custom Orders:
Before purchasing your listing, make sure the design and quantity information are correct. Purchases are often made months and weeks in advance and I rely on these listings and invoices to create your product at a later date.
I get dozens of emails each week and therefore I am unable to keep track of changes to orders via email. It is important that you communicate exactly what design, color, and quantity you'd like before purchasing and I will make sure this information gets put into your listing beforehand.
When leaving a note to seller during checkout, please leave specific information about:
any other pertinent information - you can never be too clear or leave too much information! :)
