Adorable costume. Just as pictured! A little issue with not receiving all pieces ordered, but seller was very responsive. Iron-on coming off slightly around edges after washing.

Welcome to Sweet Layla Kay's Boutique. We specialize in handmade Full Beautiful Tutus, Tulle Dresses and more.

Each item is handmade by me with a little help from my sassy little daughter, Miss Layla Kay.... and by help I mean she usually is the one who unrolls all of the ribbon and gets out all of the fabric ;) We're a good team and love making our products for you!

{FAQ – CAN I CANCEL?}

I DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS AFTER 24 HOURS. Within each listing is a link to the shop’s policies which states SLK’s turnaround time. This information is also stated in the shop announcements and your receipt .. If you place an order and message me two days later and tell me you need the item by the following week I cannot cancel your order.
Shipping
Sweet Layla Kay’s turnaround time 1-3 weeks depending on item. Tutus and Tops are 1-2 weeks, tulle dresses are 2-3 weeks. Do not refer to the ship date on your receipt. Generally items do not take this long but because I cannot be sure how many orders will be in house at a time please allow me the 1-3 week time frame. I am not able to give specific dates of when orders will ship unless you contact me PRIOR to purchasing and I say I am able to accommodate your date. If I do confirm that I will be able to get your item(s) to you by the date you need them please rest assured I will have them to you by that date.

I ship all items through USPS. All tutus and costumes are sent Priority Mail which takes between 1-3 days. Shirts are sent first class which takes between 2-5 days ***NOTE this is an ESTIMATED time frame. The USPS DOES NOT guarantee delivery of ANY package unless it is shipped Express. Please ask for an Express shipping rate.

If you are interested in an Expedited Order (needing right away or before our 18 day turnaround) please contact us prior to purchasing to be sure we are able to meet your deadline. Expedited Orders do require a rush fee of $33 ($25 for rush fee - $8 to move your order to the front of our order list.) Please do not place an Expedited order without contacting me first.

All orders are shipped to the address that is on file with Etsy. I am not liable for packages that are shipped to the wrong address. If package is returned to me because of an error on my part, I will reship. If a package is returned to me due to address through Etsy being incorrect, it is at the cost of customer to re-ship the item. I will not refund a customer who has provided Etsy/me with the wrong address and needed order by a certain date.

Once I have printed your shipping label and a tracking number has been issued your item(s) are dropped off at the post office. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/MISDIRECTED/DELAYED PACKAGES. I completely understand how frustrating delayed or lost mail can be but once the item is with the post office I am no longer involved. If your item is marked delivered but you have not received it neither I nor the USPS can issue any sort of refund. To avoid this please contact me PRIOR to purchasing to have Insurance added to your item.

If you place an order and message me two days later and tell me you need the item by the following week I cannot cancel your order.

{FAQ – WHAT ABOUT REFUNDS?}
Refunds will not be given. If you have placed an order you have agreed that you have read the shop’s policies as well as the entire listing. If in your cart notes you add a date earlier than the shop’s turnaround time without contacting me, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded Less Etsy Processing Fees.


{FAQ – CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?}
No. It is the buyers responsibility to double check prior to checking out that they have included the correct size, qty, etc…. needed.
Size charts are located within each listing. If you order the incorrect size, I am not able to remake a different size unless a new item is purchased with shipping by customer.

I am human and occasionally I do make mistakes. I fully admit when I do. I try my VERY best to make everything as pictured and described in the listings. If there is an error with your item I must be notified KINDLY within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the error. If I am notified after this time frame I will be unable to make any corrections. If the error is on my end I will correct the mistake and reship at my cost. The piece containing the error must be shipped back to me in the exact condition it was received and once I have received it I will refund you shipping cost for doing so. I must have the incorrect piece returned to me promptly before I will remake and ship an item back out. NO EXCEPTIONS.

It is very important that SLK’s policies are read prior to purchasing just as each listing states.

Once an order is placed, size and color CANNOT be changed without purchasing a new item(s). Please be sure that size, quantity, color and any details are included in the notes. Because messages are not looked at when orders are made it is VERY important to include details discussed with me in the *NOTE* section when checking out.

In each listing a size chart has been provided to help in placing your shirt order.

A delay in responding to a conversation asking size or color may delay order and current turnaround time MAY NOT apply to that order. Orders that do not provide sizing information are subject to cancellation at my discretion. Please do not ask for me to call you to get information regarding order.
