Shop policies

Hello & Welcome,
Everything you see in my shop is made by me in my home studio in Orange County, NY.
I love making things, and love the nature of the beast. What I mean is, hand made things are rarely exactly the same. Please keep this in mind when placing orders. Whether it's due to atmospheric conditions, materials or moon phases, there may be some slight variation between items.

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
  • Money Order
I accept personal check, money order and paypal.
Paypal is prefered of course, as it's quicker and safer for everyone involved.
If paying by check I won't be able to ship item(s) until your check has cleared.

Payment must be received (or mailed) within 24hrs. If it's not, I will send an email notice. After two days I will consider the transaction "cancelled" and the item(s) will be relisted.
I ship 1st Class USPS, if you would like to upgrade to Priority, or add Insurance, etc... please let me know and I will send you a recipt with the adjusted price.

I ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, unless otherwise discussed.

I am not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or delayed shipments. If you want added security, please request insurance.

Cost of packaging is included in shipping price.
Delivery Confirmation is included in DOMESTIC (aka. USA) shipping price.

If you require delivery confirmation on Internationial Shipments, please convo me prior to placing your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
In general, all sales are final, however I know "things happen".
If you are not happy with an item (within reason...please see "additional info") please contact me within 3 days of receipt, so we can reach a compromise in everyones best interest.

Please be aware: if you do not purchase shipping insurance & item(s) are lost, stolen or damaged in the mail, I will not be held responsible.

I take much care to pack items securely, however if an item arrives damaged from an error on my part, return the item & I will either replace the item or provide a refund (minus shipping expense).
Additional policies and FAQs
A note about what you see on screen: Please keep in mind that what you see on your monitor or printer hard copy is an approximation of the actual product/color. All monitors and printers show color different.

Custom Work: I will provide proofs via email with revisions as necessary. I will make as many revisions as needed until you are happy. Once the final proof is approved, printing will begin.
You will be responsible for proofing all text. If there are errors in the text and printing has begun after you have signed off on the project, you will be responsible to paying for reprinting.

Finally, a reminder, that all items are handmade and may vary slightly from piece to piece.
