STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard orders in the United States ship by fast and economical USPS Priority Mail. Shipping transit time for USPS Priority Mail is approximately 2-3 business days. Shipping transit time is in addition to the production turnaround time noted on our product listings. Please note USPS Priority Mail is not a guaranteed service so packages may arrive later on occasion. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us for a Rush Order quote before placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Sweet Paper Shop ships worldwide to most countries by USPS Priority Mail International Service. Shipping transit time for USPS Priority Mail International is approximately 6-10 business days. Shipping transit time is in addition to the production turnaround time noted on our product listings. For international orders, please contact us and we'll be happy to provide you with an international shipping quote and assist you in placing your order. Please note USPS Priority Mail International is not a guaranteed service so packages may arrive later on occasion. Shipping transit time does not include any possible import delays. For additional customs information, please read below.

IMPORTANT CUSTOMS INFORMATION
International shipments may be held and/or inspected by customs in your country. Please note Sweet Paper Shop has no control over customs inspections in your country. For this reason, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays or damages to your package due to inspections made by customs officials. Our international shipping prices do not include import taxes, fees or duties that may be applied to your order upon delivery in your country. Customs fees, taxes, duties and other import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are concerned, please check your country’s rules on purchasing merchandise from the United States.

RUSH ORDER
Rush order service is available for an extra charge and varies by weight and destination. If you are interested in rush order service, please contact us with your need-by date so we can provide you with a rush order quote and assist you in placing your rush order. Please note we will do our best to work with you to help ensure timely delivery of your Rush Order but cannot guarantee delivery until after you approve your proof.

TRACKING CONFIRMATION
A confirmation e-mail with tracking information will be sent upon shipment of your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to be available.

RETURN PACKAGE FEE
Shipping carriers charge a fee to return the package to the sender. Since we shipped the package on your behalf, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee if you refuse delivery, or if a delivery attempt has been made by the carrier with no success. If the package is returned by the carrier to us, we'll be happy to re-ship the package, but the customer will be responsible for paying re-shipping charges. Sweet Paper Shop will not issue refunds for orders returned to us by the carrier.

LATE DELIVERY, MISSING PACKAGE, DAMAGED ITEMS, ADDRESS ERRORS
The actual delivery of your order package can be impacted by many events beyond Sweet Paper Shop’s control. Once your order package leaves our hands and is accepted by the shipping carrier, Sweet Paper Shop cannot be held liable for late deliveries, lost or stolen packages, or wrong address due to customer error. We will, however, do our best to work with you to ensure a smooth delivery. The tracking confirmation sent to you by e-mail provides you with access to available shipping information and updates. As such, we advise you to contact the shipping carrier directly if your order is delayed, missing, or shown as delivered but cannot be located. If your package is shown as delivered and you cannot locate it, we suggest you do the following:

· Check with household members, building managers, front desk, mailroom and anyone else who may have accepted the delivery for you.

· In the case of USPS deliveries, be sure to check mailboxes for smaller packages.
· Check for a parcel locker key if your mailbox is in a cluster unit.

· Look for a possible mail hold notice in your mailbox or attempted delivery notice left by the carrier near your front door.

· Check any place where your carrier may have safely hidden your package like side yards, near the garage or the bushes.

· If your package is damaged or lost by the carrier in transit, please contact us immediately and we'll be happy to work with you on a discounted reprint.
Refunds and Exchanges
CANCELLATION, CHANGE & RETURN POLICY

CANCELLING PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
If you decide to cancel your order before we design your proof, we'll be happy to give you a full refund. If you decide to cancel your order after we've designed your proof, we will refund your order minus a $25 processing fee which goes toward the work we do in designing your proof. If your order is a custom order, we will refund your order minus a $25 processing fee and the cost of the custom fees. Once you submit your Proof Approval, your order cannot be changed or canceled. If we do not receive your proof approval within 30 days after placing your order, Sweet Paper Shop reserves the right to cancel your order. If for any reason we are not able to fulfill your order and have not yet designed your proof, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue you a full refund.

DESIGN CHANGE FEE
You may change color, wording and make minor changes to layout on complimentary proofs at no extra charge. Major layout changes and custom design requests like extra lines of wording, changing font type and changing graphics may incur an extra custom design fee. We charge a $25 design change fee should you decide to select a different design after we've created your proof. Please note we require payment for any extra fees before we can change or revise your proof.

CANCELLING NON-PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
All Sweet Paper Shop products are made to order including non-personalized products. Non-personalized products may be canceled for a full refund if we have not started fulfillment of your order. We usually begin fulfilling your order within one business day after an order has been placed, so please contact us as soon as possible if you decide you want to cancel your order. Once we begin fulfilling your order, your order cannot be changed or canceled.

RETURNING PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Personalized products are final sale items and cannot be returned or refunded. Since they are made to order and customized to your color and wording choices, we cannot resell them and therefore do not accept returns.

RETURNING NON-PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Non-personalized products are made to order and are final sale items that cannot be returned or refunded. Since they are made to order, we cannot easily resell them or re-use the materials required to create your made to order product and therefore do not accept returns.

RETURNING SAMPLE KITS
Sample Kits are final sale items and cannot be returned or refunded. If your sample is lost in transit, please contact us immediately and we'll send one free replacement.

APPROVED PROOF ERRORS
Sweet Paper Shop cannot be held responsible for approved proof errors and does not accept returns for any errors, misspellings or typos noticed after you approve your proof. We offer free proofs so you can review layout, wording and spelling and notify us of any errors before your order goes to print. Once approved, your design will be printed exactly as shown on the proof. We'll do our best to notify you of possible errors. However, it is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to make sure every detail on the proof is correct before approving. If you notice an approved proof error, please contact us immediately. If we have not yet printed your wrappers, we'll be happy to work with you to fix the error before printing your wrappers. If you notice an approved proof error after printing has commenced or after you receive your order, we'll be happy to work with you on a discounted reprint.

COLOR CHOICES, COLOR MATCHING & REPRINTS
Sweet Paper Shop does not accept returns based on color. We're happy to make color recommendations and do our best to alert you to color choices that may not print legibly. However, color selection is ultimately the responsibility of the customer. Since all computer monitors and personal devices display color differently, we cannot guarantee colors viewed on screen will match printed colors or colors in person. Proofs are provided so you can review layout, wording and spelling but are not intended to represent exact color, brightness and quality of final prints. As such, we cannot be held responsible for brightness or color difference in the finished product. Due to the nature of digital printing, regular printer calibrations and natural variation in paper stock, re-orders or reprints may show slight color variation from the original order. For this reason, we recommend ordering all items together whenever possible. If you are not happy with your color choices, we'll be happy to work with you on a discounted reprint.

ORDER ERRORS
We take great care in packaging every order before it ships. If an error is made by Sweet Paper Shop, such as inaccurate quantity, wrong item sent or missing item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If you think your package is missing an item, please be sure to empty and check the entire contents of your package before discarding the box and packaging materials. We've had customers discard their items in the trash without realizing it! Depending on the nature of the error, you will be given the option of a reprint, replacement, full or partial refund, or credit towards a future purchase. We may ask you to send us a photo of the error and ask you to return the item in its original condition so we can inspect the item before issuing any reprints, replacements, refunds or credits. If you contact us more than 7 days after delivery, all sales will be final. We reserve the right to reject any returned orders or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Additional policies and FAQs
FREE PROOFS
Orders for personalized products include an expertly designed digital PDF proof for your review. Two complimentary proof revision rounds are included for wording, color and minor layout changes. Thereafter, each additional proof revision round will be provided for $10. Major layout changes and custom design requests like extra lines of wording, changing font type and changing graphics may incur an extra custom design fee. If you decide to cancel your order or select a different design after we've created your proof, we charge a $25 processing fee.

PROOF APPROVAL
Your complete satisfaction is important to us which is the reason we require your Proof Approval before we can print and ship your personalized product. We accept Proof Approvals via our Proof Approval Form and provide a link to the form with your e-mailed proof. We may accept your Proof Approval confirmation by e-mail message if your message clearly states you are approving your proof and the version you are approving if more than one has been provided. Production of your order may be delayed if your approval is not clearly stated and we are uncertain as to what version you are approving. When you give us your proof approval, you are also agreeing to the terms on this website including our cancellation and return policy. Once approved, your order goes to the production queue and will be printed exactly as shown on your proof. Sweet Paper Shop does not accept returns for approved proof errors, so be sure to carefully review and confirm that every detail on your proof is correct before approving.

CUSTOM DESIGN
We know the design possibilities are endless. Some customers are perfectly happy with the personalization options on our site, while others want to further customize their design. Any special requests beyond the standard product options on our site would be considered custom design and may incur extra custom design fees. Don't fret! Custom design is our specialty and surprisingly affordable. We can also make custom sized wrappers, stationery, labels and more. Learn about our custom design services and request a free quote.

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS
To make ordering larger quantities more affordable, Sweet Paper Shop offers discount pricing by quantity. If purchasing multiple items, quantity discount pricing will apply to each individual item in your cart and not to the total quantity. Any variation in product style, colorway or wording requires creating multiple proofs, extra design time and extra set-up time for printing, which is the reason our order minimum and quantity discount pricing applies to each item having one design, wording and colorway only.

PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE OF SWEET PAPER SHOP PRODUCTS
Sweet Paper Shop products are for personal use as packaging for favors, giveaways and gifts. Our favor packaging may also be used for business promotion, corporate giveaways, and product packaging as long as it is not resold on its own for any reason or represented as your product. If you would like something custom designed for your business product or promotional event, please contact us for a free quote.

COPYRIGHT, WATERMARK AND LOGO
Proofs are the intellectual property of Sweet Paper Shop. We provide digital proofs for review purposes only. They are not intended for personal or commercial use and may not be used as a digital or printable product. To protect our designs, proofs are sent in low resolution and watermarked for copyright protection. This watermark will not appear on final prints. We do, however, print a small Sweet Paper Shop logo on personalized candy bar wrappers as shown on the proof. This logo will be hidden from view when correctly wrapped over your candy bar. If you do not want the logo printed on your wrappers, please let us know before you approve your proof.

PRINTING TYPE
Sweet Paper Shop uses high resolution flat digital printing methods including laser printing and commercial digital press printing. Both printing methods utilize the CMYK 4-color process combining Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. The CMYK digital printing method gives us the flexibility to print short runs and limitless design and color combinations. The combination of our printing processes and paper types allows us to create beautiful and affordable products.

REORDER
Please contact us if you would like to reorder additional quantities. If you are reordering a previously approved design, no proof approval will be required since we will print the design approved under your original order. If you would like to make changes to your approved design or need a new design, a new order must be placed with us. Due to the nature of digital printing, regular printer calibrations and natural variations in paper stock, reorder print colors may vary slightly from your original order. For this reason, we cannot guarantee an exact color match for reorders. Our current minimum order quantities will apply to reorders.
