Returns and exchanges
We strive to fairly represent items via their descriptions and photos. Many of the items listed here are vintage or antique in nature, and therefore, may have signs of wear. At all times we try to describe what the item looks like and its unique attributes. We also include close-up photos so you can see the item from different angles. If you have any questions about the item, we are happy to answer them. You will have the ability to see and feel your purchase upon pick-up/ delivery by us. If you decide that you no longer want the item or believe it was not properly represented in the listing, you must tell us at that time of pick-up/delivery. We will then retain (keep) the item and issue you a refund of the item cost. If the item has been delivered to you we reserve the right to not refund the delivery charge.

If your item is shipped to you, and you are not satisfied and wish to return the item, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item, telling us the reason you wish to return it. Item must be returned via mail within 10 days, insured by buyer and received in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for original shipping and return shipping costs.

Due to space and restocking limitations, we do not offer refunds beyond the day of pick-up/delivery by us, or if you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving your item by mail.

We accept payment via PayPal, Credit Cards and Etsy Gift Cards.

If you need to cancel your purchase, we ask that you do so within 24 hours of placing your order. If we have already shipped your item, it may be too late for us to retrieve it.
At the moment we offer shipping via USPS, FedEx, and UPS on most of our items.

Shipping times are listed on each item and vary. If you need something sooner, contact us BEFORE purchase and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Additional policies and FAQs
When working with upholstered items, it is our standard practice to use all new materials (foam, batting, fabric, trim, etc.). However, from time-to-time we may decide to keep an original element of the piece and we will note this clearly in the listing.

Monitors vary and so an item may not look identical in-person as it does on the screen. If you have any questions about an item or would like alternative photos of it, please contact us and we will be happy to provide those.
