Thanks so much Hannah for the beautiful banner! It turned out perfectly. Absolutely adorable for our animal-safari themed 3rd birthday! Also, I tremendously appreciate you going out of your way to accomodate my many requests especially with this rush order and express delivery. Thanks a million!

These are the cutest cupcake toppers I've ever seen. I actually squealed when I opened the package. Great quality and fast shipping. Would definitely order from this shop again.

    I have always had a creative “niche” and love that I am finally getting to put it to use for other people to enjoy. Watching my pieces come together is extremely satisfying and I’m elated at the thought of others enjoying them as much as I do!

SweetPart Designs was inspired by artist, Hannah Hays. Her love for expressing herself creatively with artwork led to the inspiration for her hand crafted pieces.

Hannah’s passion for art is supported by her loving husband. His nickname for Hannah is “Sweetpart,” which she thought was the perfect fit for something that she loved to do. They have a sweet baby boy, and two mischievous puppies named Max and Mia.

I gladly accept payment through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account and/or prefer to pay with a credit card, you can do so through PayPal’s secure system. Payment is due once an order has been placed and payment must be cleared prior to your item being made and shipped. If payment is not received within 3 days of your order I will attempt to contact you. If no payment is received within 7 days, I will cancel your order. If you have any questions about Etsy’s checkout process or are having any issues with PayPal's system, please contact me and I will do my best to assist!

CUSTOM ORDERS: Payment is due in full upon placing your order. Once terms are agreed upon, I will set up a reserved listing for you in my shop to purchase. I will begin working on your custom creation upon receiving payment and will contact you once complete and ready to ship.

RUSH ORDERS: Any items needed prior to 2 weeks will have a 20% fee. Any items needed within 1 week will incur a 25% rush fee.

Please note: Due to state tax laws, 8.25% sales tax will be added to all orders shipping to Texas' addresses.
Once payment is received, all items will be securely packaged and shipped within 2 weeks via First Class USPS mail (with Delivery Confirmation) and are typically delivered within 3 days. Please note that I have no control over the USPS and shipping times are not guaranteed. Quantities of 100 or more will take up to 4 weeks to be shipped. RUSH ORDERS can be arranged for an additional fee. I will notify you once your item(s) have shipped and include a tracking number.

Items will be shipped to your verified address on PayPal - please be sure this is up-to-date. If there is any discrepancy between your PayPal address and your Etsy address, I will contact you before shipping. Please keep in mind this may delay the shipment of your items until I receive a response from you.

Your items will be securely packaged to ensure it gets to you undamaged. However, once and item is shipped, I cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise (such as delays due to inclement weather, mishandling, etc). If for any reason your item arrives damaged please let me know right away so I can have the problem resolved.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to me and I will do everything I can to ensure you are happy with your final product. Please note that colors may differ slightly from computer monitor to computer monitor. If for any reason your item arrives damaged please let me know right away so I can have the problem resolved.
