Frequently asked questions
How do I download my file?
Once your payment has been processed, you can download your file. Sometimes it may take a few minutes for Etsy to process your payment. To download:
1) Once logged on Etsy, go to the top right corner of your Etsy page and click on "You"
2) On the drop down menu, select "Purchase & Reviews"
3) Find your order and click on the blue button "Download Files"
Note: You must download on a computer. Files cannot be downloaded via the Etsy app.
Refund / Exchange
Under the Sale of Goods Act, shops are not legally obliged to accept returns unless they were faulty when they were bought, they are not as described, or they are not fit for purpose. If you’ve simply changed your mind, refund or exchange cannot be issued.

Terms of use for TEMPLETT
The purchase of a template is for ONE-TIME use only intended for a single project or event and available for 6 months. Creating multiple versions for a different purpose is NOT permitted.
You can save your edits and come back to Templett to continue editing your templates.
Sweet Rain Design reserves the right to revoke access to a template if the user fails to comply with the terms.
