Hi Janis, n nJust wanted to let you know that I love love love my necklace. Haven't taken it off since Christmas morning!!!! It was so worth waiting until Christmas to open it. I have had so many compliments on it :) Hope all is well with you and your family. Happy New Year.

Accepted payment methods
*You don't need to sign up for a Paypal account in order to pay through Paypal!
E-Checks are accepted too, but will need additional time (generally 5 business days) to clear, before an order is started. For faster production/shipping of your piece (especially around busy holidays), I strongly suggest paying by credit card instead.

Orders will ship USPS First Class mail, with delivery confirmation as part of your shipping fee. Domestic First Class usually arrives within 5 business days, but I cannot guarantee exactly how long it will take to reach you. Items going "elsewhere" should arrive approximately 2-3 weeks after shipment, but it may be longer. I am not responsible for packages arriving to you late, as I work within the set deadlines of the U.S. Postal Service. If you would like expedited shipping options, please CONVO me BEFORE placing your order so I can adjust pricing for you.
SHIP TO ADDRESS is the one listed on your Etsy receipt (NOT the one listed on Paypal).
If your purchase is a GIFT shipping directly to your loved one, please let me know in the "notes to seller" box at checkout (with your note). I would be happy to include a handwritten note with your gift.
I am unable to track, insure, or guarantee an INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS package. This is the least expensive way to ship, and that is why I offer it to all locations.
**Any package that is lost will not be my responsibility (including replacement / refund of your order). This is a risk you must understand and accept before placing an international order with first class shipping service. Delivery time may be slowed down due to customs. Please account for this with extra time when placing an order! I am not responsible for any custom fees that may apply. Items will not be marked as "gift" on custom forms to lower the fee, as this is illegal.
Priority & Express Mail International are available *with tracking* at a much higher shipping cost (expect $30 or more). Please convo me WITH SHIPPING ADDRESS if you would like a quote, or know you need this alternative shipping service with tracking, so I can adjust the shipping charges on your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
If a mistake has been made on my part (please revisit your original order form), please contact me right away so that I can replace your order quickly. I will gladly correct it at no cost to you if the mistake was mine. However, I cannot redo a piece if you have incorrectly submitted personalization or omitted size info (standard sizes apply in that case), so please take your time and be certain of what you want when placing an order.
Other charm necklaces that are not personalized may be returned (in new condition) within 10 days of your purchase if you are not satisfied for any reason. Please contact me first so that I know to expect your return, and can document a reason. All returns should be made in the original packaging it was received in, safely and securely to avoid any damage. I do suggest you insure it, as I am not responsible for a returned item being lost or damaged in transit. If damaged upon receipt, only a portion may be refunded.
So you need a longer/shorter chain length?
I offer a 16" or 18" chain length with each necklace order. It is always asked in the "need to know" info of each listing which length you prefer. If you did not specify, the standard 16" was sent to you. If you find you need a different length (new orders only), I am happy to exchange it for you, one of two ways:
1. Return the necklace CHAIN (in small bubble envelope) to me - please contact me for info. Upon receipt (in same, new condition), I will exchange it for your preferred size. You must FIRST email me with info regarding the size you would like, and pay for return shipping back to you, which I can invoice you through Paypal.
*Chains that are 20"+ will be charged a small additional fee.
2. Have a new chain sent out immediately, after paying for the replacement chain (cost + shipping), invoiced through Paypal. When I receive your original chain (in same, new condition), I will refund the cost of the new chain to you (less shipping) through Paypal again. Please contact me first with preferred chain length, and for return address info.

Often times, a chain will break with wear and tear - this is normal, as most ball-chains should not be expected to last forever. If your necklace has come apart, I offer a one-time only chain/clasp replacement of the same length chain you originally purchased, at cost (no mark-up) plus shipping. After that, you can purchase a new chain at full cost for any reason if you need. Please contact me to purchase a new chain, as I do not have them listed for sale "a la carte" in my shop.
If your chain has failed immediately after purchase (or for reasons other than basic wear & tear), please contact me with more information. On rare occasions, a chain will fail when new (I am human, and sometimes just miss these things!). In this case, I will gladly replace your chain at no cost to you, so please let me know if you believe your chain is "defective" with no wrong-doing of your own. I believe in excellent customer service, while trusting in karma to keep us all honest!
Additional policies and FAQs
**When ordering a custom piece, please leave your PERSONALIZATION INFO, FONT PREFERENCE, and CHAIN LENGTH in the "message to seller" area within Etsy. Please do not leave this info in Paypal. thanks!
If you do not specify a font type or chain length in your notes, I will choose for you the font I feel best fits your jewelry item. Chain length will be a standard 16" by default if no size/length information has been submitted on your order form.
If there is a problem with your order, I ask that you contact me first before leaving negative or neutral feedback. I would appreciate the opportunity to work with you on fairly solving the problem, if possible. Thanks for understanding!
All the designs you see here are my own creations dreamed up by me, generally very late at night in my studio. I work hard to be "original" like everyone else. Feel free to be inspired by what you see, but don't steal or copy my work exactly. Thanks. Nobody wants to be kicked in the pants by karma : )
