All of our products are created using high quality, outdoor vinyl which is made to last a minimum of 6 years when properly cared for. Although vinyl is very durable, we do recommend that each item be hand washed only.

Our apparel is personalized using heat transfer vinyl that is applied using a heat press process that will allow your personalization to outlast the life of the apparel itself. It will not fade and will not peel.

All embroidered items are personalized in house with an industrial embroiderer. We have access to thousands of thread colors and are able to customize anything from boots to hats.

Welcome to Sweet Southern Company. We specialize in monogrammed and handmade gifts that are perfect for weddings, anniversaries, baby showers, birthdays and more. Payment is due in full at time of purchase.

We accept PayPal as well as all major credit cards and Etsy gift certificates.
Shipping
Current shipping times will be listed in the shop announcements. Please check there before you purchase to be sure that you have enough time to receive your item.

*All order/personalization information is required to be put in the note to seller section when checking out along with the requested need by date. Changes made after the order is placed CANNOT be guaranteed. Please make sure all of your information is correct upon checking out as we will not be responsible for changes made after the order is placed. THIS INCLUDES YOUR NEED BY DATE. We do not refer to messages for order information - we go by the description given in your note to seller at the time of checkout.

If no need by date is specified during checkout it will fall under our normal turnaround time which can be found underneath our shop banner on the main shop page.

We ship everything via USPS with a delivery confirmation.

Please keep in mind that once an order has been shipped it is no longer in our hands. We cannot control shipping times and can only go by the estimated delivery dates given by the post office at the time of shipment. We can guarantee the ship date but not the delivery date.

We can ship international but it is important to know that international shipping is not guaranteed. Delays or damage can occur due to customs and are out of our control. It is the customer's duty and responsibility to pay customs charges when applicable. As with domestic shipping, we can only go by the pricing and delivery dates shown at the time of shipment.

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED - once your order has been submitted with the information and address on the invoice, we CANNOT guarantee requests for changes. We are processing approximately 20-30 orders a day and base all personalization and shipping on your invoice, we try to work with changes made later but they cannot be guaranteed.

A 10% restocking fee will be charged if you have placed an order and later request a refund. We typically order apparel blanks within 48 hours of your purchase date, if an order is cancelled/refunded after 48 hours we are thus stuck with apparel blanks that will have to be stored/returned on our part.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because all of our items are custom made when you order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If we make a mistake regarding your personalization, we will be happy to replace your item or issue a store credit for the price of the item.

If your item arrives damaged or if we have made an error in your personalization, please let us know within 2 days. We will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues. After 2 days we will not be able to replace your item.

When giving your personalization, please be sure that everything is correct. We have no way of knowing if a name is misspelled and will not be able to replace items if the personalization is incorrect.

Once an order has shipped it is no longer in my hands. We cannot guarantee any delivery dates, we can only go by the estimated delivery date given by the post office at the time of shipment. If an order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date it is out of our control and no refund will be issued.

All of our items are made using high quality outdoor vinyl that is made to last a minimum of 6 years. Our decals are all cut by us using a professional vinyl plotter, not a craft cutter. Hand washing is recommended for all items.

Please note that our color chart is a graphic sample of the colors we have to offer. It is as close to the real colors as possible but may not be exact. We cannot guarantee an exact color match from the color chart as computer monitor settings vary. If you have a questions about a color please ask us to match it for you.
