Welcome to Sweet Supplies Store!

My name is Eriko. I live in Sapporo, northern part of Japan where we have lots of snow during the wintertime. I have been working in the trading company for over 20 years, which includes 5 years working experience in Europe.

Since 2010, I have been running my own shops where I sell cute goods with bird design. I have been just a buyer in Etsy in the beginning and then I noticed that the stickers & tapes I have been selling in my Japanese shop can be also sold through
Etsy to all over the world. So I have opened my Etsy shop on 2012.

I LOVE birds, dogs, cats, rabbits, any other cute animals so much! I also love fairy tales. I used to read lots of story books when I was a child and I still love to read these books again and again! I am very happy to share with the items I love with my customers all over the world.

Photo is my dearest little budgie, Toko. Passed away on 15th of March, 2017. She was 11 years & 7 months. I miss her so much.

I do not accept returns. But if the package is returned by the post office at the destination, I will refund the item cost. But all items need to be in the original condition. Shipping will not be refunded.

Paypal - I accept all major credit cards through my Paypal account.
Shipping
I will ship your order in 1-3 business days, basically everyday from Mon - Fri.

Default shipping is "Regular Airmail WITHOUT tracking & insurance." - Depends on your order amount, it may be shipped with tracking (airmail or economy airmail) automatically. Details are written below.

You can add the tracking at the checkout. There is the drop-down menu.

- Registered Airmail with Tracking & Insurance (Coverage up to JPY6000) : JPY390.-(Approx.US$3.80 more or less)

There is another option for tracking. "Economy Airmail with tracking" It is inexpensive, but slower service. According to Japan post, transit time should be approx. 2 weeks. But it may take longer depending on the import customs & postal system at the destination. (For US & UK customers, usually it does not take too long.) No signature is required. If you would like to save the cost for tracking, please send me request. I will check the cost and issue a paypal invoice for you. But if the package weight is light like less than 100g (0.2 lb), it may not be so cheap.

FREE Tracking Upgrade

If your item total reaches to the following amount, your order will have the tracking automatically.

- Item total over JPY6,000- (Approx.US$59.00 more or less)--- Airmail with tracking & insurance (Insurance coverage up to JPY6,000.)

- Item total over JPY5,000. (Approx.US$49.00 more or less) --- Economy airmail with tracking

Note 1 ) Even though item total does not reach to JPY5,000.-, there is possibility that your order is shipped by economy airmail with tracking. It depends on which items you order.

Note 2) Economy airmail is a little slower than regular airmail, but it comes with the tracking and give you a peace of mind while waiting. Expected transit time is about 2 weeks according to Japan post, but it may take longer.

If you do not add the tracking, please make sure to understand that you need to be patient until it arrives. International shipment may take longer time due to the import customs and postal system at the destination. You cannot expect the shipment always arrives quickly. If you find it difficult to be patient to wait for your package, please add the tracking which gives you a peace of mind.

I am sorry, but I can not take any responsibility for slow delivery or lost shipment which is out of my control. Lost is very rare, but it may happen.

Shipment usually takes 1-3 weeks to the most of the major destination. Some unfortunate customers may receive their packages over 4 -8 weeks or "even longer". The worst case I have ever heard is 4 months after I shipped.

I MAY NOT ACCEPT STANDARD SHIPPING FOR SOME PARTICULAR COUNTRIES WHERE IMPORT CUSTOMS TAKE LONG TIME.

For example, Shipment to Germany will be automatically shipped by registered airmail. Shipping upgrade cost is already included in the shipping for Germany.

Economy airmail is not available for all countries.

Please note that I am not responsible for the tax or import duty at the destination.

Shipping includes not only the postage, but also package costs, paypal fees and all the handling charges to process your order.

I will ship the goods to your Etsy address. Please make sure to make the shipping address in paypal exactly same as Etsy address. It is easy to change the shipping address in paypal. If it does not match, I may need to cancel your order.

I will try to ship your order as soon as I can and will send you message through Etsy conversation tool to assure you that your shipment is processed with the best care.

Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase

I don't accept returns or exchanges But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

If shipment is not claimed at the destination and post office at the destination decides to return it to Japan, I will refund the item cost after I receive all the items in the original condition. Shipping is not refunded.

I try to pack and ship each order fast. Please kindly understand that I cannot accept the cancellation after shipping. If your cancellation request comes after the packing, but before shipping, I will refund the item cost only, but not the shipping. I use the postage stamps, so once I put the postage stamps on the package, these postage stamps will not be re-used. I recommend you, therefore to double check everything alright before placing order.

Why shipping to Germany is expensive?

As of 22nd of June,2016, tracking & insurance are included in the shipping to Germany. German customers do not have to select the shipping upgrade. All orders from Germany will be shipped by registered airmail. German import process takes longer time than other countries. It is important for German customers to have the tracking number.

Do you offer wholesale price?

Sorry, I do not wholesale. But if you order over US$10.00, you can select the BEST price from pull down menu.

Do you accept custom order?

Sorry, I do not accept custom order.

Can you mark as a gift or write the lower value on the custom forms?

No, I cannot. It is illegal.

Do you do gift wrapping?

Not really.

I always make "all packages" a little cute to make my customers happy when they open the package. But it is not gift wrapping.

Please make sure to understand "marking as a gift" does not mean gift wrapping. It means "No Invoice" in the package. So even though you "mark as gift", your package will not be gift wrapped. I hope you do not misunderstand.

But if it is for birthday or Christmas gift, I may be able to put the relevant tape or sticker (if available) for your package upon request.

If you want to enclose the short message, I can write it down in the cute memo paper. But I cannot enclose the long letter inside of the package.

Why do you sell Sanrio "Original" items only?

Because they are officially allowed to sell worldwide by Sanrio, Japan. Sanrio items which are manufactured by Kamio Japan, Kodomonokao, Kamoi (mt), etc. are prohibited to sell outside of Japan.
