Original order did not arrive in a week (post office problem, not seller) so Charlotte quickly sent a replacement order. Do note that these are postcards, not cards with envelopes. I didn't read carefully. Still suitable for sending greetings through the mail. I will be framing one of the three I bought.

Fabric collages on paper? Multi-media creations for your wall? How did I get here?
I’ve been a maker for as long as I can remember—taking every craft workshop offered in our town when I was a kid, trying every medium to find my favorite. And by far, my favorite has turned out to be textiles and fabric. After years of international travel for work, my fabric stash is enormous and shows no signs of getting smaller.
My passion for recycling and repurposing led me to experiment with making paper a few years ago. I love its texture, the deckled edges, the way you can take old magazines or paper or plant fibers and create a beautiful piece of paper!
I now create unique fabric collages of nature, people, and our surroundings on my handmade paper. I recycle old magazines into new sheets of paper, then create a cloth painting from fabric. I start by selecting a paper that feels right for the image in terms of color and texture and sew the fabric with random free-motion stitching, which allows me to sew in any direction rather than in a straight stitch.
These original creations are wonderful as art for your home, and the reproductions make great note cards and art cards to mail or frame.
Each piece is unique, and each piece is a new and fun discovery! I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
