Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving payment through PayPal.
Multiple items may be shipped in the same package, but packaged separately. If you need your items to be in individual boxes, please let me know by contacting me through etsy convo, or leave me a message in the "Notes to Seller" at checkout :)
Items shown are one of a kind and I have done my best to portray the colors of the jewelry as accurately as possible in natural light. Custom orders are available and welcomed. Adjustments can be made to any already made piece upon request. Photographs are a representation of what you will receive, as some pieces and finishes varies from individual pieces. Colors and textures will vary with individual monitors and subject to individual opinion.
Most of my pictures can be enlarged to show more detail.

Returns and exchanges
I value all my Customers. If you are unhappy with a purchase, it is important that you contact me immediately (within 3-5 days of receiving your order).
I offer a refund of the item (exclude shipping). The item must be returned in it's original condition and unused.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, my sincere apologies. I will work with you to see how I can provide a solution to you with a satisfying experience.

Payment
You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your purchases. PayPal accepts credit cards for payment of your orders/purchases :) It is a user-friendly and a secure site .
If you have opted to pay by e-cheque, your order will be shipped once payment has come through and when I have been notified by PayPal on the payment.
International orders may vary based on exchange rates.

Shipping
Please note that I ship to your ETSY address via postal mail with tracking numbers. If you would like to have your package sent by another method, please leave me a note in the "notes to seller" section at check-out. Please note that I will not be responsible for any lost or untraceable packages sent by regular air mail service.
Should you like to make any changes to the shipping address or mode of shipping, please contact me asap, as I ship within 3-5 business days.
NOTE TO BUYER: Custom orders will be shipped 7-10 days from the order date.
Buyers are responsible for any duties & customs charges that may be incurred at the country of destination.
Please note that delivery ranges between 2 to 6 weeks (excluding weekends), depending on the country of destination. Delivery time may take longer during the holiday period, customs delays, etc. These are beyond my control, and I sincerely seek your understanding and patience on this.
