Payment We accept PayPal, Credit Cards, and Etsy gift cards. All purchases must be paid for before we can ship.
Shipping Everything from our shop will be shipped from Pleasant Grove, Utah. We ship all around the world. Our shipping process and times are listed under each product. Insurance is available for your purchase.


SHIPPING*

*Current TURN AROUND TIME is 2-3 business days BEFORE shipping unless otherwise stated on the item listing. For custom orders they can take from 2-10 weeks to complete depending on the season of the year and how busy we are at the time. Custom orders carry an additional fee. Shipping time varies. If you choose regular mail it can take between 5-9 business days to arrive in the USA (sometimes longer on the holidays. We can't guarantee that will be exactly 5 days since is out of our control after we give the package to shipping services), if you need it sooner please purchase the RUSH LISTING in our shop & contact me before purchase. Please order early to insure you get your items timely. When your order ships you will receive a email notification containing the tracking information.
We ship via DHL and Postal services.

*SHIPPING INSURANCE*We are responsible for your lovely purchase until it reaches the Post Office or DHL . We are not responsible for lost, damaged or mis-delivered packages. We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. If you would like to insure your package, purchase the SHIPPING INSURANCE listing in our shop. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS or DHL, we cannot provide a refund. All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through DHL Insurance Services. Packages that are shipped priory mail in the USA are automatically insured to up to $100.00.

* ADDRESS CHANGES* Please not as per ETSY policy we CAN NOT make any changes to shipping addresses when the order is placed. Please make sure that you shipping address is entered correctly during check out. Shipping labels are automatically generated to the address as entered by the buyer. If an order is returned do to an incorrect address you will be required to re-purchase shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

*INTERNATIONAL ORDERS* For International Orders we ship uses first class international or DHL. We are not responsible for import taxes (custom fees).We cannot provide a tracking number. Our experience tells us that arrival time is 1-4 weeks depending on your location. We are not responsible for import taxes (custom fees).

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Exchanges RETURNS

*RETURNS* All sales are final . Our dresses they can be exchange for a different size or store credit if you need something different. We inspect all dresses returned for an exchange or credit and reserve the right to deny a exchange or credit based in the item condition. If it was an error on our part returns will be accepted up to 7 days after you received the items and they MUST BE postmarked within that time frame. ALL RETURNS MUST be sent with a delivery confirmation number to qualify for a refund Custom made orders are non-returnable. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. For other order a 20% re stock fee may be applied. Credit Coupon code will be issued and expires after 3 months of issuance date. Please contact us with any problems and we will do our best to work out a solution. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
