False advertising and disappointing customer service - The picture of the item looks a 'matte' finish and the description thereof claims to be matte, but it is actually extremely glossy/shiny to the point where it looks cheap and nasty. There was also a long wrinkled line in one of the rolls to which the seller just said that it was an air bubble that would straighten itself out once hung (which I doubt). In their advertising the seller supposedly 'accepts returns' but are now refusing to refund me. Now they leave me no other option but to report this.

Our product is matte, but light reflection occurs in all peeling and sticking products.You needed to get information about the products. You will see the reflections of the products in the videos I upload.
