When UPS canceled this order for whatever reason I contacted the seller and she immediately redesigned a new mug and sent it out immediately for my daughter's birthday. It arrived very quickly and she absolutely loves it. She is a respiratory therapist so she takes it to work with her every day. She has a new Jeep and loves it beyond love and this was the perfect mug for her. Her name on it was beautiful, she sent me a picture, and I am exceptionally pleased with not only the product but the seller and the outstanding customer service that was given to us!!! Wiuld definitely come back!

I needed two tumblers for my son‘s first day of school (and only was able to give a few days notice) and for some reason they were both damaged and returned to the seller during the course of shipping. She was very prompt in communication and even sent me two more overnight (at her expense) plus several more additional items for free! I highly recommend this seller and will be using her again for future purchases!!

I’m a just your typical mom who lives in yoga pants, that have never been used for yoga! Coffee is drank in all forms, all day to survive these amazing and crazy kids!
My oldest is 7 and he is one of the sweetest most kindest kids. My little guy is 4 and he is my sour patch kid! You know the kind, he punches you in the arm then hugs you and says “are you ok!?” He is the "Snarky" in Sweet & Snarky Designs!
You will notice that most of the designs have a slight edge to them, not only do I get lots of inspiration from my Sweet and Snarky kids but, I was lucky enough to be born with a sailor mouth! This leaves most conversations in our house ending with me saying “that’s a mommy word, don’t repeat that...”! Toss in some remote learning, a dash of quarantine lockdown and you get some pretty funny stuff! Those F-bombs have to come out somewhere! Sorry Grandma!
Quarantine and job loss was not what any one wanted, and Idle hands are not my thing! Facing "free time" for the first time in (well EVER) I finally had the time to start something I have only ever dreamed about! With the amazing support of my husband and encouragement of my dearest friends and Etsy guru I started my shop. This has been a dream come true with bumps and flat tires but we have out seat belts on and are ready for the ride!
I know Covid was never in our cards (or anyones!) but we are kicking butt and enjoying this ride! Changing paths to a full time Etsy shop has been incredible and I have definitely found my forever path.
