I've had many different careers in my 45 years, and all of them were fantastic and adventurous, full of learning and new experiences. But it's only in recent years that I've acknowledged the thing that wants to naturally flow out of me-- designing and sewing! I've always done it, but never pursued it as a career. Until now!
...It started with one pair of pants that I made for myself, with an elegantly-hung ruffle at the bottom, to wear to belly dance class. Everybody loved them so much, I started selling them! Since then it seems that the pants have expanded their appeal to Burners and festival goers, yoginis and hula hoopers, and many more. And all kinds of new designs and ideas have shown up. How great to have this forum to express myself in this way:)
