These bibs are so sweet. And I like the materials used. The size is great! I may have a little baby but tiny bibs do not cut it for the large amounts of spit up this little guy makes. Thank you for a beautiful product. I hate all the goofy, ugly bibs and burp cloths at Carter's, etc. These are lovely.

Creative Mama

I have always enjoyed being artistic and crafty. As a very young girl I made scented pillows for drawers and painted rocks and sold them on the corner. As a teenager I sketched and drew in my free time. As a newlywed I sewed curtains, pillows, painted, and did DIY along with my husband to enhance our home. As a young mother I made the bedding for my daughter's baby room and then her big girl room. We have lived in four homes and I have done countless sewing projects, painting, and DIY. I am still trying to fit in some decorating and repainting right now! It is hard to pull myself away from my Etsy shop though! I LOVE to be creative. I opened my Etsy shop in March 2011 and have had a wonderful time designing, creating, and sewing. Sweetbug Studio allows me to create special handcrafted items for others to enjoy, lets me indulge my passion for creativity, and provides the flexibility so that I have the time I need to care for my family and be "mom".

I accept PayPal and credit card payment for purchases. Payments should be made at time of purchase. I will have the items sent out within 1-2 business days of payment. **When making Paypal payment by echeck there is a 3-5 day hold on payment coming from the customers account. I can't send the items purchased until payment has been cleared.** Please note all shipments to Missouri addresses are subject to Missouri sales tax of 8.363%.
I will ship all items via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Please let me know if the item is a rush order. The difference in shipping will be the buyers responsibility. I do have items that require a specific sized box. Therefore, if you purchase more than one item, shipping charges may be greater. I will always consolidate items when possible and refund any extra shipping charges over $1.00 difference.
Please note that once an item leaves my possession I can't be responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed goods. Please plan appropriately when ordering and allow enough time for shipping, especially international shipping! Delivery of international items can be held up in customs in the receiving country at times, which makes for a longer wait. Canada has taken anywhere from the "estimated" 6-10 business days (depending on delivery location) to four calendar weeks. In addition, items will require longer delivery times during the holiday season. Please be aware of any duties, taxes, or customs fees on the buyer's end of international purchasing. Check with your local post office for details if you need further information.
PLEASE READ shop announcements on my front page for more information regarding international (and US) shipping cutoff dates for the holidays.
Refunds and Exchanges
I take pride in my work and am somewhat of a perfectionist. Please remember these are handmade goods, and that means although I would like it to be "perfect", handmade is just that--handmade. However, I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied so I can make it right through replacement (if your item is damaged or if it was the wrong item), exchange, or refund. Return shipping will be the buyers responsibility. If a mistake was made on my part, I will pay for return shipping and in sending you the correct item. Custom orders are non-returnable. Often I have ordered fabric specific to the customers request and can't accept returns in this case. I will always work to be sure you are getting what you want prior to purchase.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you have contacted me regarding creating a custom item, additional time will be required. Also, there may be an additional cost. In our convos I will quote you the price based upon your needs and you may decide if you would like to proceed with the order. All work will begin after payment has been made. Custom orders are made specifically for the customer so I am unable to accept returns.
