Hi 👋 Sally here - founder, maker and lifelong bookworm behind Storiette Wallets!
This story began with a spark of nostalgia. A vintage Peter Pan book found in a charity shop.
It was beautiful. Dog-eared and well-loved. I couldn't leave it behind.
Instead, I gave it a second life. Not on a shelf, but as something people could carry with them. And thus Storiette Wallets came into existence.
Each piece is handcrafted in my North East England studio, using original pages from vintage children’s books. Classics that once filled rainy afternoons and bedtime routines!
And yes, they’re the real thing.
These aren’t copies or prints.
The actual pages from books you may have once held in your hands.
✨ Materials & Technique
The pages are carefully selected, trimmed and sealed between two layers of premium, soft-touch PVC, not brittle lamination. This makes each wallet:
∙ Durable but flexible
∙ Water-resistant and UV protected
∙ Soft to the touch, yet tough enough for daily use
Every item is stitched on industrial sewing machines for long-lasting quality. The process is slow, deliberate and incredibly satisfying!
