Shipping is NOT included in the price. Please contact me with your zip code and I will give you an exact cost for shipping to add to your purchase BEFORE checkout.


Full payment is due before items are shipped.

METHODS:
I accept payment directly through Etsy with direct check out. (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) , or through Paypal (PayPal accepts Credit, Debit, and checking)

Shipping charges are due before an item is purchased and I will add the agreed shipping charges onto the total before payment.

All sales are final.

TERMS & DEADLINES:
Please pay for your item at checkout or within 24 hours. If I do not receive payment within 24 hours, the item will be re-listed. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please convo me prior to purchase and we can try to work something out. I am happy to reserve an item for 48 hours!
Shipping
Shipping is not included and is the responsibility of the buyer.

Local Delivery available within 50 mile radius of Charlottesville, VA for a flat fee of $50.00.

FREE PICKUP: Seller may make pickup arrangements. There is no charge for pickup. Please message us if you are interested in this option

SHIPPING: BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COSTS OF ALL SHIPPING, HANDLING, PACKING AND DELIVERY.

I will either use UPS, USPS, USPS Priority for small home items. The shipping company that I use for large furniture is TSC Moving. They are a "white glove" shipping service for furniture and antiques within the Continental US. If you would like, you can read up on them at www.tscmoving.com. Please read there terms and conditions carefully. We do not recommend or support any other shipping method outside of TSC. They are experienced with the wrapping and handling of "painted" antique furniture.

Before the purchase we will only require the destination zip code to get a quote for shipping. Once I have responded with a quote I will put the piece of furniture on hold for a 24 hour period before re-posting it for sale. Once a quote is generated, the invoice will be sent to the buyer for payment. After payment, scheduling of pick up and delivery will be made at which time I would need: FULL NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, & E-MAIL ADDRESS.

IMPORTANT PACKING INFORMATION:
TSC Moving wraps and packs each piece, delivers in home and unwraps for the customer. For all other shipments packing is an extra fee at buyers expense. All items are packed and wrapped with high quality packing and shipping products.

**NOTICE: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES OR DAMAGES INCURRED DURING SHIPMENT. PLEASE INSPECT PACKAGES UPON RECEIPT.
If the item is damaged during shipment, the seller is not responsible, as it is the buyers option to cover the article for damage by the carrier and submit any claims for damages.**

**No refunds on custom pieces including shipping costs.**
Refunds and Exchanges
Because all of my items are custom painted and refurbished I cannot accept any returns. I do my best to describe each item thoroughly & honestly, as well as provide several photos to show you each item clearly. Make sure you are happy with what you are purchasing via photo's from my shop. I will be happy to give you as many details, information and pictures before your purchase to ensure you are happy with your piece. All my furniture pieces have had one or two previous lives and have certain beauty marks or scratches that give it character just like a wrinkle in a face. I do not sell factory made furniture.

All sales are FINAL.

Seller is not responsible for in-transit damage.
Additional policies and FAQs
Insurance Claims: Seller will file on buyers behalf for TSC Moving claims, but it is the buyers responsibility to carry out the claims process (pictures, documentation, repair estimates, follow up, etc.) We can help you through with any questions if necessary, but is still the buyers responsibility.

For any other shipping method used it is the buyer sole responsibility to file and carry out the claims process.
