    I am a small home-based bakery located in Concord Township, Ohio. All of my cookies and treats are handmade and hand-packed by me, myself & I.

    First and foremost, you and your order is very important to me.

    Although, I DO NOT offer refunds, I do want to make sure you are satisfied, 210%!

    I have over 15 years of Customer Service experience and will work with you to resolve any issues you might have.

    If for any reason you receive your cookies and they are broken or damaged, I do ask that you take a picture of them immediately and send me a picture via e-mail within 24 hours of receiving your package. If I do not receive notification that your items were broken within 48 hours, I will not replace your order.

    Although I DO NOT offer refunds on any orders, I do understand that there are special circumstances. I will work with you to come up with a solution that works best for both you and I.

    If you have not received your package:

    I do not charge extra for Delivery Confirmation on your items. This protects you and my business. Therefore, I do ship via USPS and send all packages with a "U.S. Postal Service Delivery Confirmation Receipt" that includes a Tracking #.

    If your order is not received and a delivery has not been confirmed "delivered" by the USPS via the Tracking # provided, I will replace your order for FREE.

    However, if the delivery has been confirmed, I cannot replace your order.

    Because my items are perishable, I DO NOT accept returns. Returning cookies or refusing delivery will not facilitate a refund.

    Having said all the above, if you do have any issues, AT ALL, please contact me ASAP! I am a kind person and I understand that sometimes things go awry.
    Payment is expected at time of order. Cookies/Treats will not be baked/made prior to receipt of payment.

    Immediate payment via PayPal is my preferred payment method, however Credit Cards are accepted.

    If you do not have a PayPal account and do not wish to pay via Credit Card, please contact me directly (skasa1973@gmail.com) so we can discuss the best way to process your order.
    Orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail. In most cases your order should then be received within 2-3 business days, however, it is not unheard of for delivery to extend to 5 business days. Shipping them Priority Mail will ensure that your items will be received "fresh".

    I ONLY ship on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays so that your items are received no later than Saturday. This will all depend on the area of the United States you are from and I will ship your goods accordingly.

    With that said, USPS can make mistakes, as we all can, so unless you have arranged and have paid for Express Shipping (which is a bit more costly), delivery times CANNOT be guaranteed. I do apologize for any inconvenience.

    Orders are made to order. Processing, depending on the cookie or treat ordered, can take up to 1 week to process (before shipping). During the holiday season, orders may take longer. Please order accordingly and check back for Holiday Announcements!

    Once your order is completed, you will receive an email with notification that your order has been completed & has shipped. You will also be provided a tracking #.

    I take every precaution to ensure each cookie & treat is made fresh and is packed with the utmost care prior to shipping. Your baked goods and/or treats should either be consumed within a few days of receiving them or frozen within 24 hours of receiving them for optimum freshness.

    Although, I do take care in shipping your items and getting them to you ASAP with Priority Shipping via USPS, I cannot assume responsibility for deliveries delayed due to carrier OR delivery delays resulting from inclement weather.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    Please be aware that my cookies are processed with foods that contain wheat, eggs, soy, nuts (including peanuts), chocolate and seeds. My cookies MAY also contain almond extract.

    What is a Business Day? A Business Day is Monday - Friday. However, USPS does deliver on Saturdays, but it is not considered a "Business Day".

    Custom Orders - These MUST BE requested and communicated in advance. Custom orders cannot be items that are already for sale via normal listings. Cookie plates (varieties), custom Chocolate Dipped Pretzel Rods, must be discussed and agreed upon for it to be considered a "Custom Order". Payment in full must be received prior to your order to be processed. Absolutely NO refunds or returns on any Custom Orders.
