Our processing time is 2-7 business days depending on the item ordered. This time frame is the time it takes to make your items. It does not include shipping time. Shipping time within the US is generally 2-7 business days. International shipping outside the US is 10-30 business days. Please note that any delays due to postal service outside of this time frame are out of our control.

Since all our items are custom printed once ordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless it is due to a manufacturing defect. There are no returns or exchanges due to sizing issues. Please make sure to look at the size chart and compare measurements to make sure you are ordering the correct size.

If there is an issue with images printed on an item or the actual item itself, please message me within 2 weeks of receiving the item and provide photos of the issue so I can work with you on giving a refund or replacement. We will not issue a refund or replacement if an issue is addressed past this 2 week period.

Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to the postal service and we do not offer refunds for items that do not arrive on time, are lost, stolen or delayed by the post office.
We are also not responsible for a package that is lost or not received in time because the address you entered was incorrect. Please check that your shipping address is correct before making your purchase.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping timeframe, please reach out to the postal service provider and file a claim with them if needed.

For clothing: Machine wash cold INSIDE OUT; Do not bleach; tumble dry low; Iron, steam or dry on low heat; Do not dryclean.

For other items: Please check care instructions listed in the listing description.

T-shirts and sweaters are unisex sizing unless otherwise noted in the listing. For a more FITTED look, order one size down from your normal size. Shirts, tank tops, and sweaters have a size tolerance of +/- 1.50 inches. Please refer to the size chart within the listing to find your size. We recommend always comparing measurements with your favorite t-shirt/sweatshirt.

For bags and accessories, please refer to individual listings.

We use high-quality DTG Printing (direct to garment). These are not iron-on designs. Due to the nature of the fabric as well as your monitor or mobile screen, colors may differ slightly. Please also note that most listing images are mockups and colors are not as vibrant as the actual printed merchandise especially on black sweaters due to the DTG printing method. We try our best to give you the most accurate pictures.

For design placement on the products - sizing and placing of image is approximate and not exactly as the mockup. I try to make it as close as possible but if an image is way smaller or larger than pictured, please notify me.

Cancellations and changes are not accepted since orders are directly routed to the print shop for production as soon as the order is received to provide a quick turnaround time. Please double check your order prior to placing it.
