Announcement   Welcome to my shop! Enjoy looking around! I create high-quality yet affordable hand-made jewelry made with a variety of semi-precious stones and high-quality metals. I hand craft all of my own clasps, too! I strive to create jewelry that will make you feel beautiful, jewelry that will last for a lifetime!
---------
I try to be as "green" as possible with both my studio and jewelry design. My studio uses energy efficient lighting with only compact fluorescent bulbs. I recycle as much as I possibly can, including unused metal. I do my best to purchase stones mined in countries with ethical mining and workforce practices (but it's still very hard to determine where stones actually come from). I support efforts to mine metal and stone in a more sustainable way.

Occasionally, I will donate a portion of my proceeds to organizations that are working to protect the environment and make our world a better place.Together, we can make a difference.
---------
Visit my web page for lots of information about the various stones I use and to keep up with how I make pendants with lapidary equipment. I also talk about caves and other fun stuff on my blog. http://www.swirlingstone.com

Thank you for stopping by my shop! My goal is to create beautiful, well-designed jewelry that will make you feel beautiful. I personally make each item, and I also make most of the clasps.

You satisfaction is very important to me. As a result, I offer a 100% guarantee on all of my jewelry. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, send it back for a full exchange or a refund. The only thing you'll need to pay for is return postage.

Please contact me via Etsy convo or at jennifer [!at] swirlingstone.com if you ever have any questions or concerns. One of the great things about buying hand-made jewelry is that you can get great one-on-one customer service. I try to do my best to make sure you truly love your jewelry.

Thank you, again, for supporting handmade and for stopping by Swirling Stone Studio!

Payment
I accept Paypal, check and money order.

Sometimes Paypal can be confusing. To complete your purchase, you will first process your order through Etsy, and then you'll be redirected to Paypal's website to complete the transaction. Your order will not be marked as paid until you complete the step on the PayPal page. If you have any problems paying for your order, you can send me a message via Etsy convo or at jennifer [!at] swirlingstone.com and I'll walk you through the process.

I will send two follow-up emails and convos for unpaid items, but after two weeks, unpaid transactions will be cancelled and I'll re-list the item.
Shipping
Each item ships in a small gift box made of 100% recycled paper. Perfect for storage or if you plan to give the item as a gift.

I ship most items via USPS Priority Mail or First Class with delivery confirmation. Please allow 3-5 days for orders to be processed before shipping. If you need an order faster than that, please send me a message. I can usually send your item a little faster.

If you need an item really fast, I also offer guaranteed 2-3 day shipping within the US for an additional charge of $6. If you need this option, please send me a message or leave me a note in the message to seller at checkout.
Refunds and Exchanges
Everything in my shop is fully guaranteed. If you need to return or exchange an item, just send it back to me with a note explaining what you need. You'll need to cover the return shipping cost, but that's it. Your satisfaction is important to me!
Additional policies and FAQs
If your jewelry needs to be repaired, send me a message via Etsy convo or at jennifer [!at] swirlingstone.com and arrange to return the item for repair. I will repair most minor problems for free.

Custom order are always welcome! Contact me your ideas and inspirations and I'll work with you to create a beautiful piece!
