As much as I want you to receive your new amazing item ASAP and will do everything on my end to make that happen, I cannot be held responsible if items get held up at customs.

If you want something shipped super quickly, please message me before you buy so I can alter the shipment price. Otherwise, I will ship at your item the cheapest way.

International orders:If you want tracking/insurance, the price will have to be adjusted. Please just message me as shipping can get a bit complicated.

Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be sure you are completely in love with the item(s) you are purchasing, so as a result will not be offering refunds. Please be sure, using measurements, that the garment will fit you. If you receive it and it doesn't, I won't be accepting returns.

If you genuinely feel as though as article has been vastly misrepresented and you are quite displeased, please send me a message so we can come to some sort of agreement. Returns in that case will be reviewed in a case by case basis. If in that instance you do wish to get your money back and receive a refund, it will be up to you to pay for the shipping back to me.

If something arrives damaged, doesn't arrive at all, or just something in general has gone wrong, PLEASE message me before leaving feedback. I will do everything I can to fix the problem for you as I don't want anyone to have a negative experience with me :)
Additional policies and FAQs
**Size and Measurements:
Shoes: Many shoes don't have a size in them, and it's up to me to see what size they are. I use this:
online chart to measure the inside of the shoe and cross reference it with the measurements given on that chart. Like bodies, feet are always different sizes and as a shoe may be your size, it might not actually fit because the shoe is too narrow, etc. I try to always assess the width and overall shape of the shoe, but if you have questions about a fit, please ask.
Clothing: I measure everything flat, mostly on the front. Bust measurements are always bigger on the front, so that gives it a more accurate measurement of how it's going to fit. If you need all around measurements, please don't hesitate to ask!

***Flaws and Quality Control:
A lot of the things I find, no matter how wonderful they are, usually have slight flaws due to wear and tear. This will not stop me from listing an item. It's essentially used clothing, and items can still be loved even if they have been worn for years. I will always do my best to clean/sew flaws, but sometimes they actually (in my opinion) add to the character of the clothing. Please read the description of the item for flaws- Every piece is thoroughly inspected. I will never hide or not mention a flaw, and will assess the condition to the best of my ability.

**Online Colour:
Is not always true to life. Please take that into consideration. I will do my best to describe the actual colour and take accurate photos of pieces to ensure they capture the real life colour closely.

**Shape and Fit
Vintage clothing often fits differently than contemporary clothing.
Fashion trends change over decades and so do the lines that define a silhouette.
