I try to keep shipping costs to a minimum, so I use regular Australia Post. If you would like added insurance or express post options, please convo me first for a shipping quote. Regular Australia Post services do not routinely include tracking or insurance.

I don't include a printed invoice with your order, as it adds extra weight (and therefore cost) to shipping, as well as wasting paper. A hard-copy receipt can be printed at your end if necessary, by going to my etsy> purchases> click on details.

If there are any issues with your sale, please contact me.

I'd prefer to get a sale right the first time, as shipping costs make refunds an expensive exercise for both buyer and seller.

I will, of course, refund an item if you feel that it is faulty or incorrectly described.
