Hi everyone!

I need to put the shop on a hiatus unfortunately. There are a lot of things I need to re-evaluate and plan as I think about how I want to scale. I reached out to the seller prior to placing my order and I got a prompt reply. I’m still figuring out the settings on my 3d printer so it hasn’t come out perfectly yet - but I’m sure it will get there! And that is an issue with my experience, not with the file. I’m so excited to get the other files for the expansions and base cards. They are going to look amazing together and take up WAY less space than the original boxes!

My Complete 3D Printed Dominion Storage Solution

I've been an avid Dominion player for quite some time now (played mostly 3 player with family 😀). After slowly growing the collection with their plethora of expansions 😵, like many of us, I started thinking of a way to store all these cards 🤔.

There was couple things I wanted:
1. Store cards in an efficient amount of space.
2. Minimal hardware (wanted to mostly be 3D printed).
3. No need of labels.
4. Looks good on a book shelf or console.

After a few months of designing, prototyping and tweaking 😵, I finally came down to something I really liked that hit all the criteria.

I went with a stair case design so the card titles would all be visible and also easily accessible. This eliminates the need for labels and it works really well!
To "lock" the box, I used really strong neodymium magnets cause the last thing you want is for the lid to open and have all the cards flying out (it's happened to me couple times)😞. The mirrored stair case design on the lid also keeps the cards nice and secure when it's closed.
