Mi interés en la fabricación de joyas y el envoltorio de alambre vino de unirme a un foro hace 2 años que puso mucho interés en las propiedades metafísicas de las piedras preciosas naturales (y otras cosas terrosas). Comencé a coleccionar piedras preciosas en muchos sitios de subastas y de vendedores individuales con pasión. Poco después de darme cuenta de que estaba hasta las rodillas en piedras preciosas bastante pulidas de todo tipo, comencé a preguntarme si podría envolver algunas y hacerme algunas bellezas para usarlas y mostrarlas. Bueno, pude, ¡pero no eran muy bonitos cuando empecé!

Empecé a ver tutoriales, compré todas las revistas y todas las herramientas. Me zambullí en la cabeza primero decidida a aprender a envolver piedras y hacerme collares bonitos para colgarlos y no avergonzarme de desgastarme en público. ¡Arruiné más alambre del que me importa mencionar enseñándome a mí mismo cómo hacerlo! Sin embargo, con el tiempo estoy mejorando gradualmente y la gente comenzó a pedirme que les hiciera cosas especiales. Tan pronto como se corrió la voz entre mis amigos y compañeros de trabajo, mucha más gente quería un poco de algo, y así sucesivamente....

¡Así que aquí estoy! ¡Todavía tengo MUCHO que aprender y con el tiempo mejoraré mis habilidades como cualquier otra persona que practique lo que ama!

Es tan necesario hacer joyas ahora y envolver el alambre que lo pienso todo el día en el trabajo, siempre soñando despierto ... ¡Siempre con ganas de que estas manos se desbasten en algún alambre y cuentas! :)

Trato de mantener mis precios modestos y razonables. Creo en ser justo, pero también sé cómo es tener una billetera delgada. ¡He estado allí!

1/24/15: ***NUEVO*** Acabo de empezar a hacer mis propios jabones, lociones y bálsamos. ¡Pronto se agregarán a mi tienda!

My interest in jewelry making and wire wrapping came from joining a forum 2 years ago that placed a lot of interest in the metaphysical properties of natural gemstones (and other various earthy things). I began to collect gemstones on lots of auction sites and from individual sellers with a passion. Soon after I realized I was knee deep in pretty polished gemstones of all kinds,I began to wonder if I could wire wrap some and make myself some pretties to wear and show them off. Well,I could but they weren't very pretty when I started!

I started to watch tutorials,bought all the magazines and all the tools. I dove in head first determined to learn how to wrap stones and make myself pretty necklaces to hang them on and not be embarrassed to wear out in public. I ruined more wire than I care to mention teaching myself how to do it! However,with time I am getting better gradually and people started asking me to make them special things. As soon as word got out among my friends and coworkers a lot more people wanted a little something,and so on....

So here I am! I still have LOADS to learn and with time I will improve my skills as anyone else who practices what they love!

It's so much a necessity to make jewelry now and wire wrap that I think about it all day long at work,always daydreaming...Always itching to get these hands roughed up on some wire and beads! :)

I try to keep my prices modest and reasonable. I believe in being fair but I also know how it is to have a slim wallet. I have been there!
