Custom and personalized orders

I can make your track in a custom length. If you need an 86” track, select the 90” track option and type “ 86” track “ in the Notes to Seller section during checkout. Please be aware that custom lengths are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Procedures

**Custom orders/track lengths are not eligible for return or exchange.
**Forced returns are not accepted.

-Contact me within SEVEN days of receiving your package.

-Take photos of the merchandise before & after wrapping it up to ship back. (This is in case the merchandise is damaged during transit back to me)

-Wrap the items well to be sure they will return in new condition.
(Any loss in value due to poor packaging will be deducted from the refund price)

-Return the merchandise within FOURTEEN days of receiving your package. The package must be insured in case of damage by USPS

-I refund the price of merchandise once I receive & inspect the items.

*I do not refund shipping costs*

If your package is lost in the mail

If USPS loses your package, You will need to file a claim. Please be patient during the claim process.

If your tracking says “delivered” I cannot assist you in locating your package. You will need to contact your local post office to help locate it.

*Please be sure to pay attention to your anticipated delivery date.

Rush Orders

I am currently not offering rush order options.

Order Shipped to Old/Incorrect Address

If you let me know before your item ships, I can be sure to ship your order to your new address.

If your order has already shipped, and you realize that it is headed to your old address, you need to attempt to intercept the package. It is your responsibility to contact USPS to retrieve the package. It is $13.45 to intercept and only a small window of time to do so. If the package is returned to me, it is your responsibility to cover the second shipping charge to resend the package to you.

If your item is damaged during transit

You must take photos of the box and merchandise. Try to get detailed photos of the damage. Send me the photos and description of the damage. I will need to file a claim through Shipsurance. Each situation is different, and it’s up to Shipsurance to decide what the appropriate pay out will be. Please be patient during the process.

Replacement due to lost or damaged merchandise from USPS

I cannot replace your item(s) free of charge. Shipsurance advises me not to automatically replace the merchandise. You can always reorder (unless the item is one of a kind) and I will fulfill your new order as usual. I will do my best to expedite the process in these situations. Shipsurance has guidelines they follow when deciding what to pay for the mishap. I cannot give out free merchandise while we wait for the process. When you reorder, you receive your new merchandise and wait for the payout for the package insurance. It can be a long process, so please be patient.
