*********SHIPPING COSTS: RE: ARTISAN VASES AND BOUQUETS. These are made of porcelain and, as such, are heavy. I estimate shipping and I will refund any overage in shipping, however, I want to make sure you get them in one piece, not one hundred, so I am a bubble wrap terrorist and use an indecent about of packaging materials to get these to you.

KNOW I will refund overages and I will ABSORB the cost if I have calculated the price to be too little.

*******IF YOU DESIRE INSURANCE ON THESE (or any) ITEMS when shipped, let me know in the notes box when shipping and I will send you an invoice for the amount of insurance you wish.

****PATIENCE. The mail system in the country, and the world, has been schizophrenic of late. I have had items I sent to Australia and to Georgia from Los Angeles at the same time and had the Australian shipments arrive 2 weeks earlier. There is no explaining this. You will have a tracking number provided by me and we will both have to employ a tad of patience.

**********REFUNDS:

I used to be very liberal regarding refunds. I no longer am: I have been burned too many times.

Sadly, people often make a purchase for a certain event, like a wedding, wear whatever it was they bought and then send it back saying they don't like it. NO refunds for that.

There are no refunds for items you ordered but now don't like. I have ten excellent photos of all items from EVERY ANGLE, and I explain in painfully exacting detail, so, if you order it and it doesn't fit, or you don't like it, I'm sorry, but it is yours.

Also, there are no refunds for gifts you bought for someone that they don't like. I'm sure you used your best judgment in purchasing for a friend or loved one, but I am not responsible for taking a loss because they don't like the item.\
Once a package, correctly addressed and with the correct postage, leaves my hands, there are NO REFUNDS if you never get it. I am not responsible for the United States Mail System. My responsibility is to use the address you listed when you subscribed to Etsy, properly add sufficient postage, wrap with utmost care and ship. Once I ship, it is out of my hands.

Finally, there are no refunds for "late" items. Message me about the item in which you are interested and give me a date by which you need it. If the date is more than 3 weeks in advance, I am reasonably comfortable telling you the package will probably arrive. Any sooner than that, I can't be sure of the U.S. Postal Service.

In short: under very few circumstances are refunds provided.

CANCELLATIONS: I do NOT accept cancellations. When you order, then cancel, it costs ME money. I have to pay Etsy a fee for each item you purchased and then decided you didn't want, in addition to an overall fee for restocking these items. I will only accept cancellations in an emergency.
