refunds and exchanges are acceptable only if I make a mistake.
However, if you just changed your mind about your order, then you will have to pay the fee of shipping the order back to me. after I received the items without any damage as when I sent it, I'll then refund the original price of your order, minus shipping and 15% restocking fee.

3. I can provide you a scanned Post Office’s receipt when I send your parcel out.

International customer:
1. Your Parcels will be send out using USPS first class mail – or USPS priority mail
2. No delivery confirmation and insurance available because the Post Office didn’t offer those for international mail >.<
3. However I can provide you a scanned post office receipt upon request. I cannot be hold responsible for your parcel when it leave my house but I will try my best to help.
4. International mailing time is vary from 5 days to a few months depends on the Post Office system.

I can offer you a wholesale discount of ♥ 50% ♥ on all new and regular price item; you can also choose from my fabric collection and have us custom make them for you. (ie. you want wallet with metal snap instead of magnetic snap)
