Returns and exchanges
All items will be sent with delivery confirmation. If an item has been damaged in transit, please contact us within two days of receipt with detailed photos of the item and the packaging.

SIZE/FIT RETURNS
We make a conscious effort to indicate the actual sizing of our garments, if you have any questions or nagging doubts about how an item may fit you, we encourage you to message us before you purchase it. We want you to be happy! As we are a very small operation, the primary responsibility in regards to how a purchased item fits on your unique body, lies with you. As a result we do not offer returns that have to do with fit or sizing. However, if you purchase an item that is 100 dollars or more, we will accept a sizing conflict as a reason for return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition when received. Store credit will be refunded for the purchase price only.

WHAT IS VINTAGE QUALITY?
We have very high standards for what we consider to be good vintage quality. However we love the clothes we sell and, like an old friend, we will not put something fantastic out in the cold due to a slight imperfection. We will occasionally list items that have a flaw, but we are very very diligent about including a photo and description of it. If you feel nervous about such a flaw on a garment and would like more photos of it, we are happy to oblige. We want you to feel confidant about buying from us, and to be as delighted when you open the box as you were when you saw the listing. To that end, please help us help you by asking any questions you may have. 
Payment
tightpressed accepts payment through Paypal.


Prompt payment is expected. We understand that it can take time to wrangle funds, thus we allow a 2 day grace period, after which the sale will be canceled. If you need more time please send us a message and we will try to work with you!

Orders will be shipped when payment is received.
Shipping
Packages will be sent via the United States Postal Service within 4 days of purchase M-F. We will notify you when your item is in transit. Expedited shipping and insurance are available at additional cost.

If you have specific shipping preferences contact us prior to purchase and we will provide you with a full estimate of the revised cost. If we do not hear from you we will proceed with our standard service, and the fees will be as listed on the item page. We will scrupulously care for your item until we pass it on, but keep in mind once it leaves our hands there are other variables outside of our control which may effect your delivery time. Please let us know if you do not receive your package within the anticipated delivery window!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
all orders within the United States will be shipped First Class or Priority Mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
First Class International, delivery times vary widely, contact us prior to purchase and we will gladly provide more specific information. Please note, you are responsible for any additional duties, customs, taxes, and VAT fees that may apply in your region. If an item is returned because of unpaid customs fees at the destination you can repay to have it shipped again or forfeit the order.

~a note on expedited shipping and insurance~
Both International and Domestic packages sent Express will be automatically insured free up to $100, $1 dollar charge per each additional $100 dollar value.

RESERVES
If you wish to place an item on reserve please contact us. We can reserve items for up to 4 days for free! On longer reserves we may ask for a deposit on the total value.
