About

From the Roof of the World to the Dragon's Kingdom

I met my future wife during my second visit to the amazing Himalayan country of Nepal and that summer day, about two years ago, it was a start of the TINYCHEST business. Back in that days, during vacations, I did some hobby business and sell various faceted gemstones to the friends and clients from around the globe, as well as continue to work on my full-time job at one of the biggest shipping companies.

Soon after marriage, we moved to China with the idea to start our own business. Fortunately, I studied some Mandarin on my own before, so, although, I am still busy adapting to the new culture, it was quite easy to start business in the new place.

Since that time, we built up strong client community around few Chinese social networks, and found loyal clients and friends all around the world. Although it was not the easiest way and plenty of mistakes was made, we didn't give up hope. In fact, it was a force which kept us moving forward.

Today, TINYCHEST has a team of 4 people, few production partners and 50 thousands kinds of items in stock. Manage everything here and there takes amazing amount of time, but as long as we know that our clients are happy with the products we sell, it's worth to continue work hard.

We'll keep looking the marketplace trends and try our best to provide more beautiful charms and findings to decorate your unique jewelry designs!

Sure, we offer following upgrades for urgent orders:

How do I pay with CREDIT CARD since PayPal is the only option I can see?

We accept major credit cards through PayPal. So please click pay with PayPal button if you want to plan to pay with credit card.

Once You're Redirected to PayPal:

1.) Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select the option to pay with a debit or credit card.

2.) You'll then be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.

3.) You'll need to enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.

4.) Click Continue to return to Etsy Checkout to review and submit your final order.

How LONG it will take to ship my order?

Usual processing time of the order is 3 to 5 days (during this time we will arrange, pack and pass your parcel to the shipping company). Please note, shipping upgrades DO NOT affect usual processing time. However, if you need your order urgently, please contact us ASAP, so we'll do our best to arrange it faster.

It's been a 3 days since I purchased charms, why my order is still not marked as "SHIPPED"?

Please be noted that according to our workflow we always submit tracking numbers to Etsy at the last day of the order's processing time (at this point your parcel has been already processed by the shipping company and in transit to your destination).

I waited for two weeks, but I DIDN'T RECEIVE my parcel / I PAID for an upgrade, but it's too slow

Please take a look at the estimated shipping times to your destination (at the main page of our shop). We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Please make sure estimated shipping time (plus processing time) will meet your deadlines (if have any) or your personal requirements. According to the policies of our shop, we DO NOT accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. If you need your order urgently "next week"/ "next Monday"/ "tomorrow" please contact me directly after your purchase and I will do my best to meet your deadlines. Otherwise, all order are processed as usual by default.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE my parcel, but tracking system show it was delivered

Don't worry, first of all you should contact your local post office ASAP (USPS, La Poste, Canada Mail, Royal Mail etc.) or try to ask your neighbours. In addition, please make sure your shipping address is correct and don't have any typos or mistakes. Please be noted, we are not responsible for parcels which was lost due to your or your local post carrier mistakes. Parcels lost due to above mentioned reasons are not eligible for refunds.
