► HOW TO SEND AN IMAGE

Method 1:
• Get in touch with us through the Etsy messaging platform or via your Etsy receipt;
• Attach the image(s) onto the message thread by tapping the upload picture button.

Method 2:
• Drop us an image attachment in an email at tisatietsy@gmail.com

Don't worry about cropping the images because we'll handle it for you to ensure they fit your product perfectly.

► PROCESSING TIME & ORDER STATUS

• All of our orders will be delivered by Royal Mail & DPD/DPD for large orders.

• Please note that "SHIP BY DATE" is NOT same to the actual "DELIVERY DATE".

- SHIP BY DATE: When your package leaves our studio (Currently ss taking 1-2 business days to make orders after you place it).
- DELIVERY DATE: When your package arrives to you.


• For an ETA you can check your Etsy receipt for the estimated ship date. Simply go to your purchases and look for the receipt from our shop (TISATI)

• Transit normally takes 1-3 business days for UK and 3-15 business days for USA.

► RETURN & EXCHANGES

For non-personalised (standard) items, we've got a 14 working days return window.

Our personalised items can't be returned or exchanged.
Be sure to CHECK size charts/dimensions/personalisation fields and read our product listings so you know what you are ordering.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged /defective an error made from our end, we can't accept returns or exchanges for personalised orders this his includes anything that is personalised.

► CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY CUSTOM ORDER?

By placing an order for personalised items, you acknowledge and agree that such items are not eligible for exchanges. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the personalisation input before submitting your order. You must verify this information carefully and report any discrepancies or errors in your customisation request within 3 hours of placing your order.

► I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER

• Contact us via Etsy message system and our customer service members will assist you. Please ensure your message includes the following:

- Order Number
- Pictures if neccesary
- Describe the problem.

Our customer service team will endeavor to respond promptly and seek the most suitable resolution for your issue. We will assess whether the error is attributable to us, including but not limited to printing issues, input errors, or incorrect items being shipped.
