Returns will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Customer must pay all shipping charges. All items are made by hand to the best of my ability. I cannot offer refunds on any items that a customer is not happy with unless I have made a mistake in the order. If I have made a mistake, I will be happy to make it right.

Any cancellations must be made within 24 hours. I will not refund or cancel any orders after that time if you change your mind. If I have purchased materials for your order within that time, (or have shipped your order in that 24 hour period) I cannot offer any refund.

Absolutely no refunds or cancellations on Custom Orders.

I make these items by hand with the best quality materials and use the best techniques to be sure you have a quality product.

If for any reason I do decide to accept a return, item must be in perfect, sellable condition, a 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from refund and no shipping costs will be refunded. Cost of shipping item back to me will be buyers responsibility.

My name is Ashley and I'm a United States Marine Corps veteran. TJsbowtique was created when my daughters were young. While stationed overseas in Japan, we were limited on getting cute and affordable children's accessories. They loved hair accessories and I loved to craft. As my daughters got older, the trends started to change and we started venturing into creating newer items. All our items are made with love. We specialize in hairbows, headbands, tutus, embroidery and vinyl work. If you need something custom made, we would love to assist you with your needs.

Payment
Payment needs paid within 24-48 hours or it will be cancelled
Shipping
Items will be shipped out within 48 hours after payment has been processed. If you need it faster please let me know and we can work something out. We currently do not accept refunds on items. If you would like insurance on your packages, please indicate at the time of purchase so the shipping amount can be adjusted. Without insurance, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Once a package is "accepted" by the USPS, we are no longer responsible.
. We can not control how fast the post office delivers your packages.

Shipping Exceptions: In the rare case your order does not make it to it's destination within 30 days for US destinations, 60 days for international destinations after expected delivery, we will offer a shop credit as replacement.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Refused shipments are subject to shipping charges. If your order qualified for free shipping, our standard shipping rate will be deducted from your refund.

Additional policies and FAQs
Where's my order:
You will receive an email to get your shipping tracking information. If your package was due to arrive at a certain time and has not arrived to your destination please call USPS immediately and open a case for your missing package. Unfortunately once the item has shipped and left our studio its up to buyers to keep an eye on their package arrival dates and times. We are not responsible for missing/stolen packages.
