5 out of 5 starsI just love my bag. The only problem is I had initals put on the bag. The middle initial should be larger then the othere but it is not. Other then that its beautiful, well made and very roomy.

Thank you for your order and review! To be clear, there was no special request for a middle initial to be larger than the other letters. In standard monograms that are embroidered, that may be the case, but we do not provide an embroidered monogram service. The font choices we provide have a standard size and we follow the font information in the product descriptions. For future customers: I am always open to special requests, so when ordering, feel free to message me if you would like something non-standard like this. Thank you!

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
We can personalize any of our items, whether for birthdays, Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, anniversaries, weddings, or other occasions.
Please message me through Etsy with any custom requests, and I will do my best to help you.
Once an order is placed for a custom or personalized item, we are unable to change your order in any way, including changing the name you choose, the photos, the address, or any other option.
Once your order is placed, it will go into production, and we are unable to stop the production process for changes.
Is everything made after an Order is placed for custom gift items, embroidered mom shirts and all other custom apparel and decor?
Yes, we only make or print your custom item, premium diaper bag, embroidered gift item, and all personalized items once it's ordered. We do this to allow for custom and personalization requests.
We also do this to avoid overstocked inventory for diaper bags, apparel and decor, and to keep our prices reasonable.
This does require some patience from our customers. Our production times are available in each listing and can vary depending on the product. Usually they are 3-10 business days before shipping our custom gift items and orders.
Our shipping times do not include our production times or the amount of time it takes to make and/or print your order.
Gift wrapping and packaging for personalized diaper bags, gifts for mom, gifts for dad, baby gift items and more
We do have the ability to add custom gift messaging on a printed card for all of our personalized diaper bags.
Custom gift messaging is FREE on custom diaper bag orders. Please add your custom gift message to your order as you place it.
We do not currently offer gift wrapping or packaging with any of our items. We are working on ways to incorporate this, but it is not yet available.
Incomplete Addresses
If we have a question about your personalized gift order or other type of order, such as clarifying an address or a customization, we will reach out through Etsy messaging 3 times and if we receive no response, we will have no choice but to cancel and refund your order.
If your order is returned to sender because of an incomplete or invalid address, there is sometimes an option to re-ship for a fee of $8-10. We would need to get the corrected address from the customer and the fee would need to be paid via PayPal before re-shipping. There are no refunds given for orders with incomplete addresses due to customer error.
What are my shipping options for personalized gifts, mom shirts, diaper bags, custom keychains and more?
We charge reasonable shipping fees for our products for standard shipping. Standard shipping takes an average of 12-15 business days.
We also have 2 paid upgrades to shipping on all diaper bags. One is an average of 8-15 business days and the fastest is the 5-8 business days, and you will be charged accordingly.
Please remember our products are designed in Utah and made in Asia, so it is going to take some time for you to receive your order.
What do I do if my personalized gift package or other order is lost by the courier?
We do not provide refunds for orders that are lost by the shipping courier. Once an order is shipped with a tracking number and shows a delivery date and time stamp, we are not authorized to give refunds.
The customer must go through the courier to file a claim and work with the courier to find the lost shipment.
You can go to www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm to submit your Missing Mail claim.
If the customer refuses delivery or the order is otherwise undeliverable due to no fault of our shop, there are no refunds and no re-makes. The customer will have to place a new order if they want another bag. This includes returns due to customer not being available for delivery or locked access to the delivery address.
Refunds on personalized diaper bags, custom keychains, baby one pieces, gifts for mom, gifts for dad, and all other gift items
Because of the nature of personalized gift items and all our custom designed premium gift products, we do not offer refunds, there are no exceptions. All sales are final unless you order a non-personalized item, such as a baby one piece.
No response from customer
If we have a question about your order we will message you through Etsy messaging. If we receive no response from you within 48 hours, we will either cancel your order or use our best judgement in producing your bag.
No response from the customer is acceptance of this policy, and no refunds or re-makes are accepted.
If the customer leaves a bad review, we want to work to fix the issue, so we will message the customer, usually 2 times, and if we do not hear back from the customer within 48 hours to resolve the issue, we will respond publicly to the review.
Once we respond publicly, we do not fix or change any issues for the customer. Because of this, we urge the customer to respond promptly so we may resolve any order or product issues.
Why is my personalized diaper bag or other premium custom gift coming from China?
Although we do our best to outline that we design our personalized diaper bags in Utah and send our specs to our Asia manufacturer to finish the premium bag design according to our specs, customers may still not see this.
Our Custom Design Process
We design your personalized diaper bags, and all our other custom gifts, one at a time, and send the final design specs to our printing and manufacturing company in Asia. They use our personalized design specs and make your final product.
We have vetted our manufacturer and they consistently produce very high quality diaper bags and other gift items for mom, dad and baby, as seen by our 5-star reviews we get on a regular basis.

If you want a personalized gift item, please ensure you choose the correct option from the dropdown Etsy menus. For example, if you want a personalized diaper bag and provide personalization details, you must select "Personalized" under the Personalization Options, not "Not Personalized."
If a customer makes this mistake, we will send a message through Etsy to clarify.
If you only want to pay for a "Not Personalized" diaper bag, you will only be eligible to receive a "Not Personalized" diaper bag, which will feature the diaper bag as it appears in the main photo of our listing. There are no special designs or personalizations for a "Not Personalized" diaper bag.
