Card-stock was not very thick/good quality and sticks were too short and had fallen off during shipping. It’s a cute product, just not what I was expecting for the price based on past purchases from other shops.

If there is a printing error caused by incorrect information being provided to TK Paper Co., that has not been picked up during the proofing stage, it is the buyers responsibility as I will have already incurred the cost of producing the order, however I am happy to reproduce the order at a discounted rate. If an error occurs due to myself putting different/wrong information from that which you have provided and approved on proof, I will reproduce and ship the order at my own expense.

Shipping
International Shipping - I will ship internationally. Please send me a message with the items and your address for a quote.
TK Paper Co. cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been mailed. If your package is lost in the mail there will be no refund issued, unless we can resolve this with the post office. If an item is delayed due to the post office, you will need to return the item and I will refund you for useable-resellable items. Nothing customized will be refunded.
