The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept any returns; but our main concern is that our customers are happy with their purchase. If you have any question or problem, just contact us. We will treat each problem individually.

Our products are natural, handmade, and usually available for all the members of the family. However, essential oils are very powerful and have to be used in small proportions. Moreover, they shouldn't be used in the following cases: pregnancy, breastfeeding, children, allergies or very sensitive skin. If you have any medical condition, please ask your doctor before using it.
Payment
We accept paypal, but other ways of payment are still not accepted.
Shipping
Items will always ship within 5 business days of purchase. We always use Japan post in Japan. For international post, posts in the foreign country will deliver the package.

International customers are responsible for their own customs & vat fees.

If you want to receive your order before a special date (Birthday, Christmas,...), for international orders, make sure to make your order 3 weeks before. Normal orders take about 2 weeks to arrive to its international destination.
