Founded in 2025 in the Black Country — a place built on shifts, smoke and stubborn work — TROT (Track, Road or Trail) was created by runners who live the discipline every day.
As a team, we couldn’t find off-run goods that spoke to that truth — the truth of ordinary runners doing extraordinary things through routine, repetition and resolve. So, we decided to build our own small, varied range of honest merchandise — mugs, prints, apparel — made for runners who understand the grind. Runners who know that improvement comes one session, one loop, one disciplined decision at a time.
Our roots in the Black Country shape everything that we stand for: toughness, simplicity, purpose. Nothing decorative. Nothing made for applause. Just solid, intentional pieces that respect the miles you put in, not the miles you post.
