Integrating Passions

Some of my first work was silversmithing. That evolved into ceramics and sculpture, both stone carving and lost wax bronze (and aluminum) casting, and painting. Studio space has always been a challenge to find, especially after moving to New York City in 1997. Since that time, increasingly smaller canvases have been painted because of space and storage restrictions.

Additionally, stone has always been an interest, from a family limestone business in Bloomington, IN, to actually digging for rocks and minerals... I am and always have been spellbound by rock formation, gemstones, the Grand Canyon, the Natural History Museum Rocks and Minerals Room...

Missing sculpting, I recently decided to return to my silver smithing roots as sculpture, and incorporate my passion for gemstones as well. The result is this shop, which I consider another dimension of my fine art studio. You'll also find my drawings, paintings, and sculpture for sale here too, along with recycled, repurposed jewelry.

In addition, I donate 5% of my profits to organizations working to improve our planet (that includes all plants, animals, and us). Please make suggestions for worthy beneficiaries. The list includes: Kiva; WWF; Sierra Club; Save The Children: UNICEF; Green Peace; PETA; and numerous water, land, and animal rehab and rescue organizations. And I strive to recycle, repurpose, and make eco-friendly items shipped in recycled, reused, and eco-friendly shipping.

Thanks for reading my shop's story. I look forward to having you as a customer.

Returns and exchange details
Returns must be arranged with me in advance, within 14 days of the receipt date of shipped item. Date will be determined by delivery and/or upon signature for received item. Buyer must pay return shipping. Refunds do not include shipping costs or Etsy restocking/relisting fees.
I accept many forms of payment, including ApplePay, credit cards, Paypal, and Etsy gift certificates.
I currently use recycled shipping materials as often as possible, but hope to soon use 100% recyclable packing and shipping materials in all jewelry shipments.

I will no longer ship USPS International to China because too many items have gone missing in the ether space. All shipments totaling $100.00 + will require a signature at the receiving end, which I pay for, along with any additional insurance costs.
