TRUORGANICS - RETURN POLICY

Inline with most Etsy Vendors and plant nurseries in general, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to the logistics of shipping plants ( it can be stressful for them) and our natural products. As soon as your product has been shipped, we can neither control nor bear responsibility for its condition. If you purchased insurance for your plant or product, we would be happy to aid in your insurance claim in the instance of damage during transit. We have a great track record, and make customer care a priority in every aspect of our interaction with you - as we pride ourselves in repeat customers and customer referrals. We care about all of our plants' health and our products. And try our best to package and ship in the safest quickest way available

Once our customer has received their TruOrganics Miami package, the customer has 48 hours from delivery date, to reach out to us regarding any concerns. Our customers' thoroughness and timeliness, regarding these concerns, will play a vital role in helping us determine the best course of action to take. PLEASE BEAR IN MIND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT, REFUNDS, OR RETURNS, but we will mostly try to right the situation if the steps below are fulfilled within the 48 hours allotted time period.

If you have any concerns regarding damages via shipping, immediately take the steps listed below:
➳ Proof of when your plant(s) arrived (time/date).
➳ Photo of packaging-how it was received (outside and inside box if applicable).
➳ Photo of the plant(s) as well as close up photos (where applicable) of damage
All live plants ship via USPS Priority mail - they ship beautifully!
* Semi bare-rooted, in the most appropriate medium (e.g. sphagnum moss, or shredded paperbag, or vermiculite etc.) for your particular plant.
* Semi Bare-rooted plants will have some amount of medium to preserve the plants fine "hair-root” structure.
➳ Live plants should be unboxed, very carefully unwrapped, and watered immediately (including a light foliage misting), and transplanted immediately in a pot appropriate for size and variety. Trim off any heavily damaged leaves & cut back as appropriate for variety. Keep in cool shade for at least a day to allow your plant to "breathe" and recover a bit from transit, Please give your baby a week before adding any nutrients (fertilizer) -
➳ * Semi- Bareroot Plants: Unbox and plant immediately. FOLLOW ABOVE INSTRUCTION
➳ Bulbs: Plant asap (FOLLOW ABOVE INSTRUCTION), or, if necessary, store in a cool, dry, dark place, in a breathable container.
➳ Seeds: Plant asap (FOLLOW ABOVE INSTRUCTION) or store in a cool, dry, dark container.

Finally, by completing purchase, buyer assumes all responsibility for compliance with their state’s laws and regulations regarding potentially invasive or disallowed species. If you are not sure? Check your state’s invasive or prohibited plants list most are ok but if in doubt google it.
