I followed the purchase order that was sent to me exactly as filled out. Nowhere on the purchase order was it mentioned that the customer wanted specific symbols for their message. My listings page for the item also makes it clear which symbols I do carry, the particular ones that the customer had in mind were not part of that group. Also the way the message was stated never mentioned that they wanted symbols to begin with. Before ordering, I make it clear to feel free to send me a message to confirm that I carry or am able to make a specific symbol/font/design outside of what I have listed, no such message was ever received beforehand. If a purchase order is received in full and correctly filled out, I complete and ship the order as soon as possible so that my clients receive there items as quickly.
History of an artisan
Ever since I can remember I have loved working with my hands to create things that brought me joy and others wonder. It really began from working with my dad in his metal shop and moving into blacksmithing, then off to study and work as a custom jeweller. Because of a car accident that left me unable to work with the heavier materials, I still wanted to work with my hands creating, so I became a certified chef cooking up a storm in high end restaurants. I found it exhilarating, but I still felt a void from not being able to do what I have previously done, so with my previous experience and new motivation, I studied leatherwork eventually learning and becoming a custom leatherworker. Friends and family began asking me to make them things, and so began my hobby. I hope at some point in the near future to be able to make this my main career to be able to spend my time at home caring for my kids as well as hope to merge all 3 backgrounds, blacksmith, jeweller and leatherworker into a single shop of creativity and amazement for all to enjoy. Please be aware of your country/state/province import laws before you order, as I cannot be held responsible for undeliverable or confiscated items because of such laws. On a side note from this, ALL my leather and skins have been obtained by legal means, they are byproducts from the regular farming industry and instead of them going to waist, they are converted into a workable leather piece, i do not buy leather/fur/skins from animals intentionally slaughtered just for their skins, nor do i get them from any endangered species.

Not all colors are exactly as shown in the pictures, different batches of leather react differently to each dye, so please keep in mind your item may be lighter or darker in color and tone than what you see unless otherwise specified.
Care for your product:
With regular use, your new item should be able to last the test of time, but failing to care for it or abusing it, will not. Keeping that in mind, this includes washing with your item, the use of soaps, perfumes, chemicals, and I cannot stress this enough, hand sanitizer WILL affect your item. My products are weather resistant, but not weather proof, please use common sense in this, but I understand that sometimes it just cannot be avoided.
-If it gets wet, DONT PANIC! Just remove it and pat dry it with a cloth or paper towel, DO NOT USE AN AIR DRYER OR HEAT!!! You WILL damage your item if you do. After it being wet, it will look discolored, but as it fully dries over time, it should return to normal.
-If the amount of water was major, let say when you washed your hands with it on, it may develop a water mark. Once that sets in, most times it cannot be removed, so please have that in mind before you submerge your article in water or chemicals.
-Also, for anything worn against the skin, your natural oils will rub into the leather and give it its own character over time, this is natural and unavoidable, but it gives you an even more unique item that you helped make.
-Your leather item is new, so it may be stiff, hard, rigid, and difficult to work with at first. All this will fade as you wear it or use it, all leathers must me broken in so they become a part of you, if you feel that your new item is not working properly, please take the time and play with it first, flex it, move it curl it and bend it, until you see that it fits to your liking. There are some exceptions to this rule, such as exotics which if you start to bend them either too much or in the wrong way, you WILL BREAK THEM.
For a belt made of exotic leather, such as a cobra belt, it will be stiff at first but with proper wear, it will mold to your body and become comfortable to the point you wont even know you are wearing it. When not in use, you must either lay it straight on a flat surface, or remove the buckle and snap it around a coat hanger and let it hang straight on its own. Wear and tear of this item is unavoidable because of the natural scales from the snake, so please avoid having it rub or toss around with other items when not in use. DO NOT WRAP IT or coil it into a small circle like a normal belt can, YOU WILL BREAK IT! If you must coil it, it cannot be wrapped smaller that a 12”x12” circle, this is because of the delicate thinness of the cobra skin on the top, like I said, it will break. When not in use, please remove the buckle so it does not damage the belt by being warped or bent.
-To keep your leather item at its finest, it should be conditioned once a year to remove any dirt and debris, as well as to return some of the natural oils the leather it has to keep it soft and supple. You can purchase any of the leather conditioners that shoe repair shops sell for stiff leathers, not suede, or other online shops sell. For any of the exotic leathers which include but not limited to, Alligator, ostrich, lizard, stingray, snake, please make sure it is SPECIALLY MADE for exotic leathers, they require special care and should be treated as such. You can find some good ones online at tandyleatherfactory.com for their Dr. Jacksons Hide Rejuvenator, or at Feibing.com for their Feibings Reptile cleaner, just follow the directions on the product and you cant go wrong, but if you still have some trouble, just drop me a line. I cannot offer these products at the moment but im working on it to make it easier for you, the customer.
